TSMC can still produce Kirin 985 chips for Huawei

The source from ARM was heard that at this time factories can continue to manufacture current and new chipsets for Huawei or HiSilicon, a subsidiary brand of Huawei focused on component development. He also confirmed that Kirin 985, which is in preparation, will not be subject to a U.S. government regulation that prohibits all U.S. companies (or companies operating in the United States – this is the case of ARM Holdings) from cooperating with Huawei and its subsidiary brands.
The most recent Kirin 985 will be for smartphones from the government of Mate 30, but you with the most recent significant lack of capacity will be accepted on the market with the Android operating system with support for Google. This is the case, for example, when Huawei is listed on the black list as a company that does not need to cooperate with American suppliers. The Chinese technological giant has three towns at its disposal at the trial (or at the birthday of its parents).
