The rumors were confirmed and Black Shark 2 will arrive in two versions: one with 8 GB of ram memory and 128 GB of storage, and the most advanced, with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB of disk space. Apart from these two differences, both models will bring similar specifications: two-channel LPDDR4X memory chips, with 2.133MHz clock; Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and Adreno 640 GPU for video and graphics.
On the body: 6.39-inch AMOLED display with 19.5:9 frame and 1080 x 2340 resolution. The front camera features 20 megapixels (f/2.0) and five-element lenses (for distortion correction). On the back, a dual camera layout (12 megapixels, f/1.7 and 12MP, f/2.2) with two-fold optical zoom. The non-removable battery is 4,000 mAh with Quickcharge technology.
The highlight here is the cooling system, which Xiaomi did not offer many details, apart from being a system based on liquid cooling spread over all areas most susceptible to heat, and ensuring a reduction of up to 14° in CPU temperature.
