Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro review: low price headphone with high-quality
By Linky Johnson 2019-06-17 1113 0
The AirDots that we saw had as key the price, with a starting price of 25 euros to the change. And although in this case this figure rises to be a more complete product, the cost remains more discreet than that of similar proposals such as Apple AirPods, Sony WF-1000X or Samsung Galaxy IconX.

Low weight and touch handling
The design is somewhat different from Mi AirDots Youth, as they have an extension that protrudes from the auditory pavilion as in the case of Apple AirPods. In the same way that these are inserted into the cargo box by this protrusion, in fact this box reminds a little of the Apple according to the photos they have published.
They have controls for the reproduction, the calls and the voice assistant, playing with the press of the button of ignition and the touches to the headphones. Two touches on the right headset will activate and stop playback, two touches on the left headset will call the voice assistant and three seconds pressing the power button will turn off noise cancellation.
Although they are apparently larger than the Youth, they are quite light with a weight of 5.8 grams per earpiece. They can be used independently, in fact we can share them with another user without any problem.
Up to 10 hours of use
Regarding connectivity, AirDots Pro have Bluetooth 4.2 and are retrocompatible, being able to connect to any device with this connection and being compatible for both iOS and Android. If you are more than 30 minutes without using them, the headphones automatically turn off in order to save battery.
And spinning with this, what we know at the moment in terms of autonomy is that the full charge is done in one hour and that the average autonomy is 10 hours with continuous use. For audio performance, the AirDots Pro features a 7 nanometer neodymium magnet and a titanium-coated diaphragm.
Price and availability of Xiaomi Mi AirDots Pro
As we indicated at the beginning, the headphones have active noise cancellation, as well as an IPX4 water resistance (which is interesting especially if we usually exercise with the headphones). The total weight of the headphones inside the box is 58 grams, which incorporates a USB type C charger and the product includes three sets of pads of different sizes (and a case to carry them).
The final price for these headphones outside China, specifically for Spain, is 79.99 euros, which will be on sale from 13 July in that country.
