Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S is official and already has a filing date

Recently, in the midst of a maelstrom of announcements like the OnePlus , the one from Motorola  and the one expected from Asus , Xiaomi wanted to draw attention by setting a date for a new mid-range product, a variant of its successful Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.

Through a publication in its official forum and its Twitter accounts, the company has confirmed that on May 20 , next Monday, a new model will be announced.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7S

This smartphone will be the Redmi Note 7S, a new model for the family that opened the Redmi Note 7 at the beginning of the year and that was increased with the Redmi Note 7 Pro .

In the beginning, this model is designed for India, although it should not be ruled out that   the sale in more places.

We do not know much about the specifications, although it is expected that I will use the Redmi Note 7 base we have in Spain. We say it because the camera of this model uses a sensor of 48 Mpx that is the resolution of the double camera that will have the Redmi Note 7S according to the only image that has been published until now.

In this photograph, taken from space, we see the watermark that is the same as we have in the Redmi Note 7.

There are also rumors that this is the model that was announced a few weeks ago that would come with the new Qualcomm processor, which is supposed to be the Snapdragon 730 .

It is possible that this is a response from Xiaomi to the good work of Samsung in recent weeks in India with its Samsung Galaxy A , which have sold in just over two months more than five million units of its new mid-range terminals.
