Body Fat Rate (BFR)
First, what is Body Fat Rate (BFR)? Body Fat Rate is the total mass of fat divided by total body mass. It includes essential body fat and storage body fat.

I feel obliged to give the Xiaomi Smart Scale a thumbs up review - as the result I got was 100 (indicates the physical condition is excellent), 167cm height, 58.5kg weight, 23.3% of body fat rate, 21.2 of BMI. Most the data is almost the same as the results I got at my gym. Oh, Jesus! Though this is quite good, I still think there is room for improvement. I need to lower my body fat rate and visceral fat level to get healthier. Well, I guess I should stop here and head to the gym!
