Huawei mobile service HMS launches public trials: HUAWEI P40 series is expected to carry with HUAWEI HMS

By  August Kling 2020-01-02 1170 0

[gearbest News] if Huawei phones cannot properly use Google's mobile service (GMS), overseas, then the importance of Huawei's mobile service (HMS) is self-evident. Recently, some users revealed that Huawei mobile service has started public trial recruitment in China.

 Huawei Mobile Service Public Test

This public test task includes two applications to be tested, one is Huawei mobile service, and the other is HMS Core Test. The new version of Huawei Mobile Service fixes some known problems and improves part of the performance experience, while HMS Core Test is a small application market model that integrates six basic HMS services, including games, payments, nearby friends, message push and other applications.

In addition to launching recruitment tests in China, Huawei said at a recent developer conference in India that it was working with local developers in India to develop applications and services that could be used to replace Google's mobile services. However, how to successfully transition overseas users to Huawei mobile service may be a big problem for Huawei in the future, such as how to persuade users to give up Gmail and use Huawei email app.

On mobile phones, the Huawei P40 series, which will be launched in March next year, will continue to feature Android-based EMUI, but may replace Google's mobile service with its own Huawei mobile service.
