Huawei P40 and P40 Pro will launch globally in 2020: will it come with GMS or HMS?

Huawei has a trick up his sleeve and will launch the P40 next year!
Huawei Mate 30 probably may not be released yet at a global level due to lack of access to Google Mobile Services (GMS). All a consequence of the American ban on Huawei. In China, citizens are already used to having Android smartphones without Google applications. However, in the rest of the world, these apps are already so integrated with Android that most consumers don't buy a device that doesn't have them.
Now if the Huawei P40 will be released globally next year, we need to understand how Huawei will solve this situation. Because so far, there is still no official comment to the effect that this ban will soon come to an end.
One theory might be that Huawei has access to some inside information that would lead it to believe that the ban will be over in time for the launch of the Huawei P40. This is certainly possible. However, if it turns out sooner or later, the press should know about it as well.
Another can be a bet of this manufacturer on its own services for mobile devices, known as Huawei Mobile Services (HMS). However, this would require a lot of effort on the part of programmers to implement all this in these new smartphones.
That said, it is highly unlikely that Huawei will be able to implement all this by the spring of 2020.
Huawei P40 and P40 Pro may adopt similar internal design to Huawei P30 to use the old GMS license
Another theory is that Huawei can make the Huawei P40 and P40 Pro more like the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro. A kind of version 2. That is, if this manufacturer could make the interior of the P40 range very similar to that of the P30, a GMS license wouldn't be necessary. That would make it possible to launch the P40 and P40 Pro all over the world with Google applications.
However, this theory has a problem. It is that it would require consumers to pay a very high price for a smartphone that would just be the redesign of a smartphone in early 2019. Still, this may be the company's only option to keep up with its competitors in Europe, the Middle East and other countries outside China.
