Intel launches automatic overclocking

By  Adan Flannigan 2019-06-20 477 0

Intel has announced its new application, Intel Performance Maximizer, which automatically overclocks its 9th generation processors. This application, which you can obtain for free, prepares the most appropriate settings by doing all the necessary operations by itself.

Desktop users often try many methods to get the best possible performance from their computers. These methods are called 'Overclock' and are also known as overclocking, as long as the CPUs allow. However, it is often debated how successful these methods are by computer owners. The reason for this is that the applied setting changes can sometimes shorten the life of the parts and sometimes it is risky enough to render the computer completely unusable.

Processor manufacturers AMD and Intel have been focusing on this for a long time. AMD has already developed an application for overclocking of Ryzen series processors. Now Intel has introduced a similar application to its users. With this application called 'Intel Performance Maximizer', Intel processor owners can overclock their computers with just the touch of a button.

This application from Intel examines your computer's processor and other hardware components to ensure the optimal overclocking settings for your system automatically. This means that you don't have to go to the BIOS menu and make adjustments manually. A single button allows automatic overclocking settings for your system.

Unfortunately, Intel Performance Maximizer does not work for all Intel processors. To use this application you need to have one of the 9 generation i5 or i7 processors. If you have one of these processors, you can install Intel Performance Maximizer on your computer for free and overclock with just one click.

Note: Overclocking is risky for both your processor and other hardware members. There is always a risk, even if you think this practice will not do any harm. Apart from this application, overclocking your BIOS settings is much more risky. You may cause damage to your computer hardware. The Webtekno team cannot be held responsible for overclocking your application or BIOS settings.

The processors that you can use Intel Performance Maximizer are as follows;

● Intel Core i5-9600K
● Intel Core i5-9600KF
● Intel Core i7-9700K
● Intel Core i7-9700KF
● Intel Core i9-9900K
● Intel Core i9-9900KF
