The 66 × 43 × 32cm case contains three 72W (RMS) Class D amplifiers, a digital signal processor, one 1" high-frequency driver and two 10" radiators, as well as interface circuits and a rechargeable battery. The speaker weighs 15.4 kg.
It is connected to the signal source via Bluetooth 5.0 interface. The TeamUP function provides synchronous operation of up to five speakers. In addition, there are two combined inputs (XLR, 1/4") for musical instruments or microphones, stereo input and stereo output (both TRS 3.5 mm).
The device is powered by a removable LiFePO4 battery with a capacity of 99.84 Вт∙ч with an operating voltage of 12.8 V, the same as the previous model. One charge lasts for 40 hours at average volume or 5 hours at maximum volume. Full charge takes 3.5 hours. The charge level can be controlled by a five-step indicator.
The column is designed to operate at temperatures ranging from -10 °C to 40 °C. The enclosure is able to withstand relatively high mechanical loads, and the electronics inside have an IP67 degree of protection. The corners of the speaker are protected by spherical rubber elements.
The column costs $999. Sales begin today.
