Unihertz Titan combines Blackberry look with powerful battery power

After launching the world's smallest 4G smartphone last year, Unihertz plans to launch a new Android phone that bears an incredible resemblance to Blackberry Passport. It has been announced that the smartphone will have an IP67 rating, which makes it resistant to dust and water, in addition to being shockproof as well.
The Unihertz Titan will feature a 4.5-inch IPS LCD display with 1440 x 1440 pixel resolution, global support for LTE networks, induction charging, facial recognition unlock support, NFC, fingerprint reader and two SIM card slots.
In addition to these features, the phone impresses with its long battery life, thanks to the 6,000mAh battery present in the handset. The smartphone will also offer a Walkie Talkie function, a feature not easily found in modern devices.
The company has not revealed other details, such as the chipset on which the handset is based, camera specifications and memory settings. However, it is quite clear from the photos released that it will only have one rear camera.
Titan will soon go into crowdfunding, but it's already possible to book a unit for US$219 (approximately R$823), with an upfront deposit of US$15 (around R$57). Should the buyer decide to cancel his reservation before the launch, the company promises a full refund.
So far, Unihertz has successfully launched two smartphones using the same strategy: Unihertz Jelly and Unihertz Atom. The Unihertz Jelly is considered the smallest Android smartphone in the world, with a display of 240 x 432 pixels and 2.45 inches, while the Unihertz Atom is considered the smallest 4G smartphone with IP68 rating with resistance against dust and water.
