QCY T5 VS QCY T3: What’s the difference between this two TWS earbuds?
●Touch the touch bar for 1s to power on (LED will glow solid white for 1s).
●When charging, open the case lid to power on (LED will glow solid white for 1s).
●Touch the touch stem of either earbud for 3s to switch off, the LED will glows red for 2s.
●Put QCY T5 TWS earbuds into the battery case and close the lid.
Step 1: Pair your QCY T5 with your phone.
Step 2: Open your phone music player and play a song.
Step 3: Adjust the volume by clicking the side button of your phone or tap the volume control option on music player.
●When playing, touch the touch bar of right earbud to skip the next song
●When playing, touch the touch bar of left earbud to skip the previous song
●When playing, double click touch bar on either earbud to pause music and double click again to resume playing.
●Touch the touch bar for 2s to ignore incoming call.
●Double click the touch bar to answer incoming call and double click again to end it.
●Switch on the game mode: click the right earbud touch stem for 3 times to enable game mode, after that, you will hear “du du”.
●Switch off the game mode: click the right earbud touch stem for 3 times again to enable game mode, after that, you will hear “du du du”.
Step 1: turn off the earbuds. Long touch the QCY T5 TWS touch bar for 3s until the LED will glows red in both of the earbuds.
Step 2: after turn off the earbuds, long touch the touch stem of each QCT T5 earbuds for 10s. (In the process, one of the earbud turns on the white light and then the red and green light flashes alternately in both earbuds, then release your hand. Indicates that the reset was successful).
Step 3: delete the pairing record in your phone.
Step 4: put the QCY T5 earbuds back into the battery case and repairing it.

When the QCY T5 earbuds lack of power, just put it into the battery case to recharge it. And then, the LEDs on earbuds will glow solid red when charging and turn white for 10s once stopped.
Step 1: Put the QCY T5 earbuds into the battery case.
Step 2: Charge the case via Micro USB cable.
QCY T5 earbuds full charged: the LED lights green and goes off 1 minute later.
QCY T3 battery case full charged: the LED lights green and goes off 1 minute later.
1. Please check whether your headphone is in pairing mode or reconnect mode and check whether your mobile phone Bluetooth search function is opened;
2. Check your mobile device's Bluetooth menu and delete / forget the headphones, then reconnect the headphones following the instructions in the user manual.
1. Make sure your smartphone and headphones are close enough to one another when you want to connect them;
2. Check the manufacturer's recommended pairing process;
3. Try turning them off and on again;
4. Turn off or remove any interfering devices;
5. Move away from the WiFi router.
1. First you should disable or turn off any other unused Bluetooth devices in the area;
2. If the static doesn't go away try resetting your headphones;
3. Turn on your media player, then disconnect your headphones for 30 seconds and then re-pair them;
4. Reduce the distance between your smartphone and your headphones, as this also helps reduce any static.
1.The Bluetooth feature in the phone is not turned on.
2. The headset is not in pairing / discoverable mode. The phone will not find the headset unless the headset is in this mode.
