• How to Charge Xiaomi QCY T3 TWS Earbuds?

  Charging the QCY T3 TWS Earphones:

  When the QCY T3 earbuds lack of poewer, just put it into the charging case to recharge it. And then, the LEDs on earBuds will glow solid red when charging and turn white for 10s once stopped.

   

  Charging the QCY T3 TWS Battery Case:

  Step 1: Put the QCY T3 earbuds into the battery case.

  Step 2: Charge the case via USB cable.

• How to Reset Xiaomi QCY T3 TWS Earbuds?

  Step 1: clear the pairing record in your phone or other devices

  Step 2: take out both of the QCY T3 TWS earbuds and long touch the touch bar for 8s to switch off the earbuds. (LED blink red)

  Step 3: after turn off the earbuds, long touch the touch stem of each QCT T3 earbuds for 20s. (In the process, the ear turns on the white light and then the red and white light flashes alternately for 10 seconds before it goes out. Indicates that the reset was successful)

  Step 4: put the QCY T3 earbuds back to the battery case and repairing.

• How to Use Xiaomi QCY T3 TWS Earbuds?

  QCY T3 Power on:

  ●Touch the touch bar for 1s to power on (LED will glow solid white for 1s)

  ●When charging, open the case lid to power on (LED will glow solid white for 1s)

  QCY T3 Power-off:

  ●Touch the touch bar of either earbuds for 3s to switch off, the LED will glows red for 2s

  ●Put QCY T3 TWS earbuds into the battery case and close the lid

  QCY T3 Volume Control:

  ●Volume up: when playing, slide up on the touch bar of the left earbud

  ●Volume down:when playing, slide down on the touch bar of the left earbud

  QCY T3 Skip Track Forward/Backward

  When playing, slide down/up on the touch bar of right earbud to skip track forward/backward

  QCY T3 Playback/Pause

  When playing in stereo mode, double click Touch Bar on either earBud to pause music and double click again to resume playing.

  QCY T3 Ignore/Answer Call

  ●Touch the touch bar for 1s to ignore incoming call

  ●Double click the touch bar to answer incoming call and double click again to end it.

• How to check the Haylou GT2 battery life?

  ●Check the Haylou GT2 battery state by your phone

  When the Haylou GT2 TWS earbuds is connected to the mobile phone device, the current power of the headset can be displayed in real time on the upper right corner of the phone.

  When the headset is low in power, the power symbol is displayed in red, prompting the user to charge the headset.

  ●Check the Haylou GT2 earbuds battery state by LED lights

  When the Haylou GT2 TWS earphone is in normal use, the LED of the headset is dark.

  When the Haylou GT2 TWS headset is in use, and the headphone indicator light is red, it indicates that the battery is low and the headset needs to be charged.

• Why the headphones does not charge?

  Please make sure both ends of the USB cable are securely connected. If you use a power outlet, ensure that the power supply is connected securely and the outlet works. If you use a computer, make sure it is connected and the USB port is powered. Turn on the headset and then turn them off. Disconnect and reconnect the USB charging cable.

• Why the headphone disconnect with the mobile phone within 10 meters?

  Please check if there is metal or any other material within a relatively close range that may interfere with the Bluetooth connection. Bluetooth is a radio technology that is sensitive to objects positioned between the headphone and the connected device.

• There is no audio signal, what can i do?

  Check if the head phones are turned off. Check if the headphone is paired. If necessary, pair the headphones with the audio source again. Check the connection of your audio source. If the volume is too low, turn up the volume.

• Why can't I use the headphones to adjust the volume or select the track on the App of mobile phone?

  App Software settings may vary according to some functions of the App itself not depending on the phone.

  1. Please check whether your headphone is in pairing mode or reconnect mode and check whether your mobile phone Bluetooth search function is opened;
