    Yesterday I received my PowerBuds and what to say...they are amazing.
    Good packaging, good material, fast connection and easy to setup.......but the Amazing thing is the!!!! and of course the heartrate is accurate infact it is almost the same of my sportwatch.
    in conclusion in my opinion these are a musthave!!!

  • How to pair Amazift PowerBuds?

    Open the app on your phone and register or log in to your account;
    Select "Earbuds" under "Profile > My Devices>add device" in the app to add Amazfit PowerBuds.
    With the headset in the charging case, open the charging case cover, press and hold the button inside the case until the indicator light flashes white, then complete connection according to the prompts in the app.
    When the device is connected and the PowerBuds are in use, keep your phone's Bluetooth connected. Charging the PowerBuds before use is recommended.
    If they have been paired, simply remove the case cover and take out the earphones when you want to use them, and the device will automatically initiate a connection with your phone.
  • What should I do when log in failed?

    There are six methods to select when log in to Amazfit App.
    If you can’t log into your account, please check the following:
    a) Check if you enter correct user account and password.
    b) Switch the network from WIFI to 3G/4G;
    c) Clear Bluetooth Share and app cache/data
    d) Reboot your phone
    If the issue persists, please help answer the following questions. It would be very helpful for us to locate the issue.
    1. Where are you from?
    2. Which register mode did you choose when you tried to create/sign into account?
    3. The exact time and date the account issue happened.
    4. Please send us a screenshot of the error message displayed on the app when the account issue happened.

  • How do I change the paired mobile phone?

    If you need to pair the earphones with another mobile phone, place both earphones into the charging case, and long-press the reset button on the case until the LED indicator light flashes white. Open the mobile phone that you want to pair with, and find "Amazfit PowerBuds" in the Bluetooth device list to complete the pairing process
  • I have two mobile phones paired with the PowerBuds. How can I switch between them?

    If you have two mobile phones--A and B, for example both have been paired with the earphones, and you are currently using A but you want to switch to B, do the following: Open the Bluetooth device list on mobile phone A and disconnect the Amazfit PowerBuds first, then open the Bluetooth device list on mobile phone B to select and connect the Amazfit PowerBuds.
  • How do I use the Amazfit PowerBuds with the app?

    After binding the Amazfit PowerBuds with the Amazfit app, you can set up functions for the earphones such as modifying the tapping actions, adjusting the ambient sound monitoring volume, etc. During workouts, your heart rate data can be recorded through the earphones, which provides you with more complete and accurate workout data.
