Uh-oh, This Incredible Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Smartphone is Gonna Sold Out!

I am writing this review after using the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 smartphone for about three months. Before purchasing the smartphone, I was using a high-end Samsung smartphone.

I had to buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 partly out of curiosity and partly out of influence from friends who love buying flashy things. Below is my experience with this smartphone.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is a great smartphone that is made of aluminum. It has antenna lines which provide signal reception. I love the phone because it has better ergonomics and it feels great to use and hold.

Apart from the antenna lines at the back of the phone, the smartphone also has a speaker grille at the bottom, an IR blaster and 3.5mm jack at the top.

The volume and power buttons of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 are on the right, the sim card slot is on the left and you can either put in a SIM card along with a micro SD card or two SIM cards (nano SIM + micro SIM).

The camera sensor, lens module, and fingerprint sensor are located at the back of the phone.

The phone also has a reading mode: a blue light filter which will make it easier for you to read texts at night. You can automatically enable this mode by creating a schedule on the phone. The reading mode can also be enabled for selected applications.

One of the things I love about the phone is its 4 gigabytes RAM and 64 gigabytes ROM. I collect many documents, thanks to its internal storage. I also find it very easy to multitask on the phone, thanks to its RAM.

As a lover of games, I’ve tested GPU intensive games like Asphalt 8, Mortal Combat 5: Blackout, various emulators and console retro games on the phone. Guess what? I enjoyed it and never had a problem playing any of those games.

Another thing I also observed is that the phone comes with the normal range of connectivity options including LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, dual-band Wi-Fi, Micro-USB and an IR blaster you can use to control different appliances.

Also, I love the fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone. It’s very easy to access and quick to authenticate. The sensor is always on, so it is easy to unlock my device even when the display is off.

If you’re a lover of cameras like me, then you’ll also love this phone. It comes with a 13MP rear camera with PDAF (phase detection autofocus) and f/2.0 lens and a 5MP rear camera with an f/2.0 lens as well.

I love the camera app of the phone because it comes with different options like beauty mode, filters, and a manual mode that you can use to tweak the white balance, exposure settings, and ISO.

The phone also comes with a 4100mAh battery. If you’re a heavy user, it can last for a day on a full charge; otherwise, the phone can last for a day and a half. The phone takes about two hours to charge completely.

Should you buy this phone or not? Well, based on my experience with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, I can say it’s a phone that comes with many functionalities that you’ll love to experience.
