    Using it in Europe
    Works like a charm. Installed it myself.
    The packaging even has a handle ;-)
    I have a really old wooden door, so I had to widen a bit the frame for the lock body. It was my first woodwork but I managed (with a bit of help of the customer help within the Xiaomi App).
    After that, installed it following the instruction video on Gearbest and it was a child's play. It connected fluently to the Apple Homekit App and the Xiaomi Home App. Since then I really enjoy this product.
    No problems anymore with the kids coming home forgetting their key, since they all have their fingerprints registered.
    The quality of the product and the safety features are very well thought off.
    Now I am looking for a compatible Bluetooth hub to explore even further all the possibilities...

    Great prices and fast, fast shipping. I am excited to have this new lock installed on my door. The installation is not complicated. You just need to follow the user menu step by step. I didn’t follow the menu on my first attempt and I had never changed a lock before. In the end I had to reverse and re-do some steps to correct a mistake. Now I have an awesome looking lock on my door. And it went straight to work immediately after I put in the batteries. I will use it for a few more days to try out the various functions and come back with my experience review again.

    I have been thinking of buying a smart lock. I really like the looks of this lock and I have used it for a week now. It has all the functions that I need. if I walk into the other room it locks behind me so no one can enter unless they have the code or fingerprint. You can set up a time to lock automatically. I think it is safe if you forgets at night and with little kids at home. It can use fingerprint to open the lock. And it can generate a permanent code(for family) and temporary code. Great product!!

    This lock is amazing. The finger prints, codes, smart cards, and bluetooth unlock work seamlessly. Other competitors you find yourself having to lick your finger on cold days, or breathing on the lock itself to get it to recognize your finger print. None of those problems as of yet, as well as multiple options to get in should you ever run into those issues. Make sure you have enough batteries because they aren't included and you'll need them.

  • Why can't N100 join Aqara branded gateways?

    The transport protocol adopted by N100 is Bluetooth protocol, while the transmission protocol of Aqara branded gateway is Zigbee protocol, and the two protocols cannot communicate with each other, so N100 cannot access Aqara branded gateway. However, the N100 can support Bluetooth gateway devices in App (such as small love alarm clock, Yeelight ceiling lamp, etc.).
  • Which software platforms can N100 be added to?

    3.  Check whether the communication cable is hooked during the sky-ground hook is opened;
    4.  Check whether the sky-ground hook is cut, and whether to remove any burrs after cutting;

  • That the latch bolt extends/extracts is found abnormal in the test before installation.

    1. Observe whether there is friction between the latch bolt hole of the strike and the latch bolt;
    2. Check whether the collision bolt (small latch bolt) on the latch bolt is normally stuck in the strike;

  • The verification can be successful after multiple-time trials. After successful verification, the door can be opened normally, and the software prompts the multiple-time unlock errors.

    Guide the user to maintain the posture of opening the door, keep the posture of grasping the handle when entering the fingerprint, just fine-tune the angle of the finger fingerprint, so that the fingerprint can be entered effectively.
  • The alarm will be sounded after the installation is completed and the door is not closed. The software displays the door is not closed.

    Open the door, and press the assistant bolt. Press the latch bolt into the lock body once, and then it naturally extends. Check the door lock status on the software.
  • After the installation is successful, the alarm keeps sounding and the software prompts the door is being damaged.

    Tighten the interlock screws above the door lock, press the latch bolt to retract, and release it to reset the alarm.

    Check whether the door buckle is aligned with the holes of the lock body and the latch bolt.

  • The password needs to be verified successfully twice before it can be opened outdoors.

    Check whether the square shaft and the panel are installed as required.
  • 1. There is no hole in the lock body for fixing the lock cylinder;<br /> 2. There is no hole in the lock body for fixing the screws;<br /> 3. Be short of accessories;

  • No voice broadcast or intermittent voice broadcast.
