Very useful device

This is a great device that we use not only to see who is ringing the door bell, but also just to monitor real time what’s going on next to your door, who is passing by and so on. It works from WiFi and you need to install app on your phone. There are different settings and detectors- you can put a more sensitive one that will notify you on your phone if any movements next to your door. Everyone who saw it from my family and friends are planning to order it too! Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend

Installation was easy and convenient. This camera works pretty nice, actually way better than I would expect, not only the quality of image, but also the stability of the image taking. While I was testing it walking around my house, I can see no tremble on my phone! Now I don’t need to rush to open my door if I am busy. I can be selective for visitors. Also this device allows you to talk to your visitors wherever you are. Definitely recommend.

Easy to install and to use door bell camera

When we received it, we were surprised to see such a good quality doorbell camera. It’s much cheaper than the brand name one, but it works just fine. My daughter said this one is actually much easier to install, because you don’t have to connect to the wires on the wall. We downloaded the app and then paired the door bell to my phone. Now I can see all the persons who have been in front of our door.

A friend of mine has recommended a similar system. After some research i’ve Decided to get one for our home. I was so surprised to see how small it is (compared to my expectations). The camera doorbell is especially good, you can see it at home, it is very convenient outside, the appearance is also very good, the family likes it very much, and the friend came to see it and said it is good.

● Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working properly.

● Restart the camera.

● Restart the Wi-Fi router.

● Check if your network has enough bandwidth.

● Check if the Wi-Fi signal is disturbed.

Wi-Fi network is not displayed in the app during the installation.

Your doorbell may be too far away from your Wi-Fi router, the wireless signal is disrupted or there are other problems with your Wi-Fi network.
