Mi primera compra en GearBest

Os cuento mi experiencia:
1- Compro la bici en BlackFriday (23/11/2018)
2- Me piden verificación de dirección y les envío factura de un recibo de la Luz, donde sale mi nombre completo y mi dirección.
3- compré la bici en Fast-29 (almacén de GB en Toledo, España)
4- Al comprar en este almacé tengo 3 ventajas.
4.1- Garantía de 2 años (producto vendido en España y debe cumplir su normativa)
4.2- No tengo que pagar aduanas, ni otras taxas.
4.3- Envío del producto en 3-5 días ( a mi me llegó al 2º día desde que aparecío que estaba en estado "Empacado")
5- En producto llegó en perfectas condiciones el 14/12/2018 por la tarde por SEUR. La caja no presentaba golpes y la bici en el interior estaba perfectamente sujeta.

Cosas a favor de GB:
1- Servicio al cliente 24/7. En diferentes formatos (email, chat, etc) ( yo me comuniqué vía chat 2 vecesy responden en un par de horas, así que bien)
2- Se puede pagar por Pay-Pal, lo recomiendo al 100%.Yo pagué por tarjeta y aunque no he tenido problemas siento que he arriesgado mi dinero tontamente.
3- Appsencilla de enterder.

Cosas en contra de GB:
1- La incertidumbre. Desde que pagué la bici el 23/11 no supe nada hasta el 12/12 y porque pregunté via chat como iba mi pedido y curiosamente pasó a estado Empacado.
Empacado significa que lo tienen listo para dárselo a la compañía de transportes (DHL, UPS, SEUR, etc) suele ser rápido 1 día aprox en cambiar al estado de Enviado.
2- En cobro lo hacen rápido. Pasar del estado de Pagado a Empacado tardaron mucho.
3- La primera vez que me puse en contato con GB, me dijeron que al ser un producto de tanta demanda no estaba en stock y tenía 3 opciones, 1 me devuelven el dinero, 2 lo cambio por otro producto y 3 sigo esperando (yo escogí seguir esperando aunque acojonado porque no eran 20€ sino 625€ que me costó la bici)
4- No son Amazon, les falta mejorar mucho la comunicación. Un cliente debe saber al 100% el estado de su pedido.
5- Les falta el idioma Català en su aplicación y en su Web.

Cosas a tener en cuenta sobre GB:
1- Informarte muy bien antes de como comprar aquí. En que almacen compras para evitar aduanas y tener 2 años de garantía.
2- Buscar vendedores con más de 4,5 de valoración.
3- Buscar siempre cupones descuentos que los hay siempre.
4- Si comprais fuera de la UE, huir de DHL, UPS y similares Dicen que pagarás gastos de gestión adicionales. Todo esto es presuntamente ya que yo no lo he comprobado, es lo que he leido en otros foros web.
5- Si compras fuera yo le puse el seguro de garantía de envío. Ahora lo pagaría por Pay-Pal sin dudarlo. No existe mejor garantía para recuperar tu dinero.

Conclusión:
Yo estoy muy contento con mi bici.
Si volvería a comprar? Pues esperaré un tiempo porque la verdad es que compré sin saber mucho del tema y acerté de chiripa.
Me han dado muchos puntos por la compra y posiblemente los gaste en complementos de la bici.

Espero que mi experiencia os sirva.

SIn guardabarros, pesimo servico posrventa

Compré la bici en el Black Friday en una preventa para entregar entre el 6 y 9. de diciembre, se entregó el 14, podemos decir que el envio fuebastante aproximado. Pero no lleva guardabarros tal como mostaban las fotos en esas fechas, lo comunico al Servico al cliente para ver como lo solucionan dandome una compensacion economica para comprarlos, aun no han comunicado su decision despues de una semana, lamentable servicio postventa, ademas de no cumplir con lo que vendian mostrando claramente la bici con guardabarros.
Confiaba en Gearbest, pero esto me hace dudar de su honestidad, procederé a abrir un caso en Paypal.

es la version híbrida mejorada de la anterior china, con las siguientes mejoras: viene mas alta de manillar y tija, cadena, pata de cabra, desconexión motor con ambos frenos, display en ingles, pedales de aluminio, reflectantes en ruedas, y homologación UE

Va perfectamente optimizada con respecto a la anterior version, recomiendo 100% adquirirla

ha llegado un producto diferente al que compré

mucho cuidado, cambian el producto una vez pagado.
al momento de comprar era la versión con guardabarros y correa en lugar de cadena. después de hacer la compra cambiaron la primera foto por una sin guardabarros (solo la primera). y lo que me ha llegado es la versión sin guardabarros y con cadena en lugar de correa.

I think it is the weight that makes it feel safe when you're riding, and the smaller wheels also make turning different from larger bikes, It came ready to ride after adding air to the front tire, It's very easy to get on/off and the rack on the back is handy

through the front wheel and over the handle bards while carrying it by the rack or the seat and that's worked fine, It is a little on the heavy side and I gave it a good scratch by not being careful with the pedal position when I folded it
