KingDian S280 is a really a bang for buck product..
Very satisfied with these SSD's (have 3 so far)
-Great build quality, Outstanding speed for the price.
It came in a package with well designed screws and it was just plug and play.

Once i switched from normal mechanical HDD to SSD the difference was substantial.

thing to note: It pairs and is sometimes faster than the new Samsung 860 evo and the old Samsung 850evo.

Recomendo este produto para quem quer dar um upgrade no computador/notebook. A diferença de velocidade é fantástica, mais poderoso que trocar processador, memória, entre outros. As tarefas simples como ligar a máquina ou abrir um programa são realizadas em questões de segundos, até mesmo um processamento mais demorado, como converter um vídeo, é realizado muito mais rápido. Por isso, considere trocar seu hd antigo por um ssd para ter maior desempenho. Os pontos negativos ficam por conta do preço, ainda muito alto para os padrões tupiniquins, e o espaço de armazenamento bastante reduzido que lhe fará sacrificar alguns gigabytes de espaço. Aconselho usa-lo em conjunto a um hd externo, para salvar suas músicas, vídeos e fotos e deixar o essencial no computador

KingDian S280-240GB SSD was mounted in my old PC (Asrock h55 mobo with only SATA2 ports, Clarkdale i3-530 dual core processor and made BIG jump compared to conventional HDD WD10EALX. Improvements was 5 - 10 times faster in AS SSD Benchmark, or even more!

One of the best upgrades for any old PC.

Hey guys, coming in pretty late with this, but a few weeks ago I received the KingDian S280 240GB SSD, I have had the chance to install Windows 10 on it, play some games, and use it day to day. What I have experienced with the KingDian S280 is nothing short of great. In this review, I will be discussing some of the main features and performance of this SSD from KingDian. Let’s get underway:

A diferença de velocidade é fantástica, mais poderoso que trocar processador, memória, entre outros. Nos Jogos é gigantesca a diferença... como eu jogo muito, os mapas e telas carregam super rapido não travando enquanto jogo.

KingDian S280 цілком можна назвати привабливим SSD споживчого рівня. Дійсно, ціна у цього китайського гостя помітно нижче, ніж у будь-якого іншого TLC-накопичувача нижньої цінової категорії, а швидкість в реальних задачах - вище. Незважаючи на те, що KingDian S280 грунтується на досить слабкому одноядерному контролері SM2256, оптимізації прошивки під змішану навантаження і великий SLC-кеш зробили його швидше більшості суперників на платформах SMI або Phison. Поступається він у швидкодії лише тим SSD з TLC-пам'яттю, які базуються на контролерах більш високого класу, наприклад Samsung 750 EVO або SanDisk Ultra II. Але такі пропозиції провідних виробників і коштують помітно дорожче.

Однак назвати KingDian S280 ідеальним по співвідношенню характеристик бюджетним SSD було б занадто необачно. Справа в тому, що його приваблива ціна багато в чому пояснюється економією виробника на якісної флеш-пам'яті. Всередині у нього знаходяться мікросхеми неясного походження, які легко можуть виявитися відбракуванням, взагалі не призначеної для твердотільних накопичувачів.
