So, the product is of good quality and was delivered in less than 3 weeks. The price is up to par with what the product does and its quality. The only problem and the biggest complaint is the bottle cap opening to refill. Since this is a product that you can reuse (and mind you, it comes with the bottle empty from the original liquid soap, so you HAVE to open it to fill it from the get go), the cap is very difficult to open and requires extra tools (fork, maybe a knife or a screwdriver or whatever works for you). I don't think that it'll last very long if you're not carefull not to damage the, not so robust, plastic cap.

Schicker Seifenspender. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und Robust. Das Batteriefach schließt sehr fest, man muss also etwas Kraft aufwenden, um es zu öffnen. Auch der Verschluss des Seifenbehälters lässt sich nicht so ohne Weiteres öffnen. Am besten den Verschluss unter heißes Wasser halten und dann mit einem flachen Schraubendreher den Deckel rundherum aufhebeln. Wenn man es weiß, empfindet man es nicht mehr als Problem.

Très pratique, ça amuse les enfants qui se l'avent les mains plus souvent !
Il faut bien diluer les savon, si ce n'est pas assez liquide, ça ne fonctionne pas (70% eau 30% savon environ)
Par contre, pour remplir la bouteille, ce n'est pas pratique, et je pense même que la bouteille n'est pas faite pour être remplie. Et je n'ai pas trouvé où en acheter des pleines. Sans ça, se serait 5 étoiles.

Overall great product. The soap dispenser came empty but with a screwdriver you can remove the cap and fill it up. i use a ratio of 1:5 soap to water and the foam comes out smooth

Batteriefach und Deckel des Seifenbehälters sind bei diesem recht schicken Schaumspender etwas schwierig zu öffnen. Wenn man den Dreh raus hat, stellt dies aber kein Problem mehr dar. Ansonsten funktioniert dieser einwandfrei und macht sich ganz gut in einem hellen und modernen Bad. Ich werde hier eventuell noch einmal zuschlagen.
