    Fast installation!!
    The camera comes with an essential equipment. Wall bracket only, fixing screws, small screwdriver and fairly clear instructions in English. Batteries are not included. Simple, it is activated in a few moments. As for consumption, it is stated that with 2 18650 3400mAh batteries the camera can be used for 3-4 months (2-3 months if it works for 30 minutes a day with two 18650 6800mAh batteries). The box has Qrcode for Tosee app while internal instructions has qrcode for Toseeplus. The internal batteries can be recharged thanks to the mini-usb socket, without always removing the camera.
    Video is saved in 1920x1080 MP4 H.264 (sorry not H.265) . Satisfacted for now, but must find a REAL big capacity battery 18650!!!!

    I bought two of these cameras, one for my front door and one for my living room and kitchen area to monitor my pets while I’m away and for my own price of mind and safety when I’m home alone.
    I’d review this product with four main traits that I love about it. First, the quality is phenomenal, the footage is in 1080p and it’s really great. Second, it’s highly efficient and easy to use. Third, the reliability of this product has truly blown me away. Lastly, this camera is so subtle. Most people don’t even notice it because it’s so small, and it even looks very modern. I have a great view of my front door and no one even knows it’s there. I highly suggest this product for anyone looking for an easy to use, quality product that is reliable and efficient!! I’ve already recommended my family and friends.

    inizio con il dire che la spedizione è stata veloce, 20 giorni in totale, consegnato con solo un sacco di nylon, ma integro.
    le batterie 18650 sono da ordinare a parte, e bisogna ordinare quelle con il polo positivo piatto perché se no non si riesce a chiudere il vano batteria.
    sì configura in meno di un minuto tramite app, la ricezione del wifi non è delle migliori, attenzione compatibile solo con wifi 2,4 GHz.
    non è compatibile con Google assistente, ma solo con Alexa, sottoscrivendo un abbonamento premium al Cloud.
    la visualizzazione del live tramite app risulta poco fluida e lenta nella riattivazione della telecamera.
    tutto sommato le consiglio per chi non vuole avere cavi e si accontenta di una registrazione non proprio in HD, non ho trovato nelle impostazioni la possibilità di passare da SD a HD.

    Fantastic camera, regardless of the price! We have a half dozen this kind of cameras scattered around the house, both inside and outside, that we use for security monitoring when we are away. Over the years I've installed several cameras, but after trying out this little camera, I'll never buy anything else again.
    PROS:
    --Incredibly easy setup.
    --Image quality is very good, 1080P video.
    --The camera is able to work with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
    --The motion detection is simple and reliable.
    --Night vision mode is decent
    Yeah, at this price point you really have no reason NOT to buy one Alfawise L3 Plus as an impulse purchase.

    Sooo Easy
    Set up on this camera honestly had taken me about ten minutes and most of that time was spent downloading the app. Super easy. It’s probably my favorite camera I have up. The picture on this camera is insanely clear for both day and night vision. I’m loving the two way talk. It has helped out a lot here. The app sends me a notification and takes a 15 seconds recording when it detects motion. Which is awesome. I’ve had absolutely no issues with this camera or it’s app. I may be changing all of my camera to this. It’s mount makes it easy for me to take it down and charge it. Also loving the rechargeable and durable battery.

  • Where is the battery installed?

    Remove the two screws in the back shell and directly pull out the battery compartment. Pay attention to the direction when installing the battery. Both sections are positive and super negative, and the negative pole is super.

  • Where are the SD card and power switch?

    Remove the silicone cover at the bottom of the product and you will see it.

  • Can the Alfawise L3 Plus be wall mounted?

  • Why can not find IP camera when you use search software?

    1. Rechecking whether power supply and Ethernet cables are connected correctly;

    2. Checking the network setting for IP camera and your computer. Go to network connection, configure IP address to same IP segments, Subnet mask and default gateway must be same for both IP camera and computer;

    3. Ensuring IP camera and computer are in the same router.

  • Why can not visit IP camera from internet (wan)?

    1. Log in your local router, and enable port mapping for IP camera in virtual server menu;

    2. If you use domain or DDNS service, making sure the domain point to correct IP address with correct port number.

  • Why connect 4 IP cameras, but only one IP camera displays images?

    You need to set an unique IP address for each of cameras.

  • Why POE IP camera can not see at night?

    Using high quality Ethernet cable, or shortening the connection distance.

  • Why video delay when watch live video?

    1. You can increase the bandwidth through upgrading your network infrastructure, also you can lower the bit-rate of streaming. Lowering the image resolution also helps to reduce the video delay time.

    2. Increasing the fps can allow IP camera output smooth video.

  • Why IP camera can not display image?

    The IP camera doesn't boot correctly, please check the power supply.

  • How to upgrade NVR firmware?

    1. Go to "System Setting", choose "System" > "Upgrade";

    2. Select the firmware file, then click "Upgrade".

    3. When upgrading succeed, the NVR will reboot.

  • How to reset the camera?

    1. Disconnect the power supply;

    2. Press and hold the reset button;

    3. Connect the power supply while still holding reset for more 10 seconds.
