Teclast F5 Laptop 360° Rotating Touch Screen

Very good notebook for this price (~370USD)

Pros:
Very good screen (1080p IPS, bright, sharp, fully laminated, touch and possible to use active stylus).
Intel Gemini Lake N4100 (up 2.4GHz, TDP 6W), 8GB LPDDR4, 128GB SSD 2242 (easy to replace) - enough performance for web, watching movies and still office apps.
Full functional Type-C (with Quick-charge). For full charging needs about 2-2.5 hours
Dual WiFi 2.4GHz/5.0GHz and Bluetooth 4.2
Looks very nice. Transformer. Full metal case. Thin (13mm). Light (1kg). Noiseless.

Cons:
Bottom right area is very hot on high load.
Missing some keys on keyboard (Home, End, PgUp, PgDn).
No full-size USB, only 1xType-C and 1xMicroUSB (with USB Type-A adapter). Any way USB-hub is needed.


Вполне годный ноут за эти деньги, особенно, если вы понимаете, что берёте.

Плюсы:
Хороший экран. FHD (1080p), IPS, яркий, чёткая картинка, можно тыкать пальцами или использовать активный стилус от F6.
Более-менее вменяемый проц (не грустные Атомы), 8ГБ шустрой оперативки и 128ГБ SSD (который легко заменить, если надо) - достаточно для сёрфинга, просмотра видосов, спокойной офисной работы. Легко потянет старые игрушки; новые (и прожорливые) - даже не стоит пытаться.
Полноценный Type-C. С быстрой зарядкой (на полный заряд нужно часа два, если ноут выключен).
Двухдиапазонный WiFI и Bluetooth 4.2
Выглядит отлично. Трансформер (иногда удобно - фильм посмотреть или презентацию показать). Полностью металлический корпус. Лёгкий (что-то около 1кг). Тонкий (13мм). Бесшумный. Просто красота.

Минусы:
Под нагрузкой греется (простой сёрфинг или просмотр видео - норм). Греется только одна часть - правая нижняя сторона корпуса. Умельцы могут попробовать проапргрейдить..
Нет некоторых кнопок на клавиатуре (в частности Home, End, PgUp и PgDn). Грустно без них. Мышь (и горячие клавиши в отдельном приложении), конечно, частично решает этот вопрос, но неприятно.
Нет полноразмерных USB, только Type-C и MicroUSB (с переходником в комплекте на USB Type-A). То есть хаб покупат

Finalmente arrivato!! Dopo una lunga odissea dove il prodotto non era ancora disponibile nei magazzini che stavano facendo rifornimento, mi accingo ad esprimere la mia opinione in merito.
Dunque e' innegabilmente un prodotto davvero ben fatto. Solido in mano, costruito con un buon materiale e soprattutto ottimo per la sua portabilita'.
Un piccolo gioiellino tecnologico racchiuso in 11 pollici di dimensioni dello schermo.
Non adatto per i giochi, almeno non i tripla A classici, ma sicuramente il miglior compagno di viaggio per colmare quei momenti di svago e noia durante lunghi tragitti in treno senza dover occupare lo scompartimento del vicino considerate le ridottissime dimensioni e per eludere la classica frase della propria compagna quando risponde "5 minuti e sono pronta!" visto il velocissimo tempo di caricamento del SO grazie ai suoi ben 8 GB di ram.
Insomma un ultrabook davvero portatile, leggerissimo e veloce.
Ottimo per navigare sul web con piu' finestre aperte, audio perfetto considerate le dimensioni che si avvale di due microfoni da cui fuoriesce un eccezionale suono in stereo.
Insomma lo consiglio ampiamente a tutti coloro che si spostano spesso. Soprattutto per il suo peso quasi inesistente e per la componentistica interna davvero aggiornata. Non mancano tutte le dotazioni di porte di cui si ha bisogno oggigiorno e la possibilita' di ruotarlo a 360 gradi e usarlo come tablet lo rende un 2 in 1 davvero strepitoso, cosniderato poi che e' touchscreen.
Consigliatissimo per il prezzo a cui si trova e un complimenti allo staff di Gearbest che e' stato sempre efficentissimo nel rispondere ai miei tickets in tempi davvero celeri.
5 stelle meritate per il mio primo acquisto a cui sono certo seguiranno tanti altri!

I would like to start off with a definite recommendation of the Taclast F5.

ADVANTAGES: The item was shipped in a safe bag and beautiful box. No other accessories, except for the charger, manual and micro USB to USB 2.0 were included, but for this price I did not expect anything else.

The laptop comes with a pre-installed 64-bit Windows 10 Home Edition without any bloatware.

Every basic task runs smoothly. Do not expect to play any newer games on this laptop - its main purpose is pure productivity. It weights ca. 1 kilo, but has a sturdy case from aluminum. You can always upgrade the mSATA disc for a larger capacity or faster transfer.

DISADVANTAGES: The only negative is, that the connectivity (ports) are limited to 1x USB-C and 1x micro-USB. Bluetooth connectivity is terrible for headphones (short distance) but perfect for a Bluetooth mouse.

For this price, it is a steal and crime not to buy this laptop. In this price category, it has the best features and performance of any other laptops on GearBest

Tempi di spedizione per l’Italia molto lunghi, prodotto ordinato il 13/10/2018 ed arrivato il 5/11/2018 (almeno 20 giorni). Ottimo il packaging, la confezione è composta:
• Laptop
• Alimentatore con presa italiana
• Cavo micro usb – usb
Esteticamente ben riuscito, tutto il alluminio ma propenso ai graffi (consiglio si lasciare le pellicole pre-applicate) leggerissimo ed adatto alla mobilità. Hardware di tutto rispetto 8 gb di ram sono più che sufficienti per svolgere in velocità le varie operazioni quotidiane, ad ogni modo riesce a far girare applicazioni come Photoshop, ovviamente non è un dispositivo pensato per il gaming.
Il pannello full hd se dimostrato all'altezza delle mie aspettative ed anche il touch è molto reattivo, le uniche tre note dolenti sono :
• La batteria (anche se con un uso blando e con poca luminosità si riescono a concludere le 5 ore di autonomia)
• Tastiera ( poco precisa soprattutto la barra spaziatrice)
• Ed infine le cerniere sono con un leggero dislivello ma comunque molto precise nel mantenere la posizione scelta dall'utente

I really like the quality and build of this 2 in 1 laptop from Teclast. The screen is bright, I generally have it set at 25% when working to 50% while viewing videos etc. I have checked to make sure everything works and it does. I have noticed that it can get warm/hot when doing tasks etc. I will eventually check for thermals at some later date.
The wifi is working fast and as you can see in the photo, there's nothing wrong with the speeds. The touchscreen is accurate even with a screen protector that I purchased that's more heavy duty than the one provided. At the time of writing, there are no problems that I can think of except it does get a little warm, which most laptops tend to do even the branded ones.

Very pleased, Teclast has done an excellent job of bringing out a small size laptop/tablet at a good price.

Laptop con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo; esteticamente gradevole, scocca interamente in alluminio, che restituisce però una sensazione di pesantezza. Display Touch luminoso e definito, con cornice ai minimi termini che gli fornisce un design moderno. Dimensione schermo da 11,5 pollici, ma tastiera comoda per una scrittura confortevole. Peccato che non ci sia il layout tastiera in italiano. Caratteristiche hardware di tutto rispetto con gli 8Gb di Ram e i 128Gb di SSD eventualmente upgradabile. Ottimo processore intel n4100, una porta microUSB e un'altra microUSB type C usabile anche per la ricarica; si nota la mancanza di una porta USB standard, ma questo sembra essere l'andazzo del mercato, fortunatamente in confezione è presente un adattatore microUSB a USB standard. Direi che questo piccolo laptop ha tutto quello che può servire ad un prezzo contenuto, mi è piaciuto molto.

The Teclast F5 is my first covertable, Yoga style computer that I have bought from China, but I have to say I am more then pleased with it, especially for the price of $269, that is how much I paid for it a few weeks ago, but even at the $299 mark (thats how much its going for at the moment), I still believe its an excellent deal.
With the newest Intel Gemini Lake N4100, 8GB of DDR 4 ram, 128GB SSD MSATA 3 drive, Microsoft precision touchpad , and of course a touch screen and stylus support, that price is just too good to pass on.
The laptop comes with Windows 10 home edition and all in English, which is a great news for all the international buyers out there, the setup is extremely easy and fast, I will test the computer in the next few weeks before making the full review, but so far things are looking great.

This laptop really useful, fast, stabil, battery is quite enough, normal usage I reach to 5 hours. Speakers are good, but dont forget to open omni speaker features. Ssd write speed 150, read speed 450, restart time 50 seconds despite all program and updates were installed, it is open in 35 seconds. However main body have hundreds fingerprints, and have some scratch, it looks like second-hand. And there is no keyboard backlight. In addition, if you touch the middile of the Teclast logo where is on the bottom of screen , start menu will be open. This feature is good when you are using in tablet mode. Last thing, whole fingerprints are under the plastic temporarily coating. So, fingerprints on the main body. I think somebody used this PC before me :) But they/he/she forgets handwashing.

Pantalla touch de gran calidad, buena velocidad para las tareas que está hecho trabajos de ofimática y consumir contenido de internet. Gran cantidad de RAM 8GB y almacenamiento bastante rápido y decente con un procesador a la medida.

Tenía mis dudas sobre la marca pero la laptop tiene gran calidad de construcción. Pero nada es perfecto algo a mejorar es los puerto ya que no cuenta con USB normal así que necesitarás comprar un adaptador igual para el HDMI, teclado en inglés en mi caso soy de México y también enchufe europeo para el cargador claro con su respectivo adaptador.

Recomiendo desinstalar la versión de Google Chrome por qué no deja quitar la página de inicio de teclast solo desinstalando además conviene tener la última versión.

Hasta ahora a rendido bien esepero decir lo mismo tiempo después. Me gusta el tacto y vista de calidad que tiene.

Well, this notebook is a nice surprise. Why? Because it is exactly as it is advertised : small, portable, lightweight, solid, well built, and all this at a very low price! The notebook arrived with a pre-activated English Win10, with Google Chrome installed (Teclast homepage set as startpage... Weird), but apart from that, worked fine, touchscreen and all. I reinstalled Win10, then I have also installed Linux Mint 19, because I use it most of the time. No issues whatsoever. Some users out there complain about the touch pad or Wi-Fi, not for me. I also tried an earlier Mint (18.3) and the latest KDE Neon, but they would NOT even load... Anyways, not it works nicely. The processor gets a little worm, but nothing serious. Battery seems to be about 3 hrs.
