MSI GL62M 7RD - 223CN Gaming Laptop

Pros:
The notebook looks awesome. The keyboard has no backlight, but it's very well looking. It starts in less than 8 seconds thanks to the SSD.
for developers:
you can run high-end programs ant the same time I am highly impressed.
for gamers: When playing league of legends at medium-high quality video settings I get 160 fps almost all the time. the screen is beautiful and you can set different balances of colors through the dragon center app, that comes with the notebook. the touch and feel are wonderful: materials are premium.
comes with EU ac adapter I can I say its better than any other laptop

Suggestion

chinese windows version won't let you change the language from the inside of the pc. the only thing you can do is to install another window from an external USB or cd so you can choose the language you want.

I'm giving 4 stars just becouse i still can't put the numpad to work correctly, if i manage to do that i'll change my rating to 5 stars.
The laptop came for 631 euros, an awsome price for this level of harware.
It boots superfast with the ssd and windows 10. i tried it with some games and it's able to mantain stable temperature even after hours of heavy gaming. Also works great with Fusion 360 the gtx 1050 makes it's way for a comfortable usage.
The materials of the laptop are good, i couldn't expect any better.

Suggestion

1: The numpad of the keyboard isn't working corectly it only works as arrows, i can't use it to write numbers , can't figure out why.
2: the pc came with china windows 10, i was aware of that but it was kinda tricky to click random icons in order to boot it from the usb drive.

- Perfect, very very good performance, the M.2 ssd is a 128GB samsung NVMe model, excellent processor with great cool system.
- I will not play to any game on this laptop, so I don't care the 2GB gtx1050.
- The speakers are OK, not bad but not good.
- Nice display, very crispy and good detail
I think there is no better option with this price, 750€, and I think that to use like workstation is perfect maybe to play heavy games, is better pick something with GTX 1050 TI and 4GB of VRAM

Un portatil de calidad inigualable tanto para trabajar como para jugar, el ssd de 128 gbs que trae, hace que arranque el sistema en tan solo 12 segundos. Se puede usar tanto para trabajar como para jugar aunque para esto ultimo no va tan fluido, pero para salir del paso vale mas que de sobra. La ram es de 8 gb y es ampliable y por ultimo el procesador hace que todo funcione muy fluido.

Suggestion

Los dos contras que le veo a este portatil es que no viene con la tecla ñ, que tampoco es un problema porque se le asigna otra tecla por software. y por ultimo que no trae el adaptador de la UE, que se soluciona comprando un cable trebol por menos de 5 euros.

Bare in mind i paid £550 for a £915 laptop.
2.7ghz i7 with3.7ghz max! that's amazing.
8 gb ram but supports up to 32.
great,great graphics card.
I have literally no complaints, supports another USB addition to the 1tb hdd + 128 ssd.
The no-backlight on the keyboard hasn't been a problem so far.
Overall build quality is great, and it's not a too-thick laptop for what it is.

Suggestion

Chinese BIOS - Google the product name + bios to change this to english, pretty easy.

Chinese Windows 10 - Set up the laptop as you normally would without caring for the settings. Google windows 10 media creation tool, set that up on a usb (can find picture guides online which will be easy to follow. You do not need a seperate laptop to convert to English.

After putting the media creation tool on a usb, turn off your laptop, change BIOS boot settings to USB if necessary then just go through with installing windows 10.
Don't bother with the language packs, they didn't work and don't seem to work for most people.

Virtual version: GTX 1050 TI and 4GB RAM that there is no possibility to be able to better choose something from GTX 1050 TI and 4 GB RAM

Great PC, great price. I installed a clean italian version of Windows 10 on the windows partition (no license key required) and pc works flawlessly. They sent me even the adapter for the charger. Good laptop for video editing, cad/ sketchup projects, video game developing (Unity, Unreal) and of course gaming.

Suggestion

1050 nvidia gpu requires some compromises with graphic settings in game, but it's still ok. (Maybe I note more performance issues because I use a 1070 on my desktop pc).

Cercavo un laptop da lavoro ma al prezzo di un discreto prodotto da lavoro ho preso un mostriciattolo da gaming. Anche se gioco poco è veramente da apprezzare.

Bei materiali, bella confezione, lo hanno anche dotato dell'adattatore europeo per la presa cinese.

Suggestion

Unica noia la plastica, fantastica al tatto, si sporca subito.
Il Bios in cinese lo sistemi in tre secondi.
Per Windows in cinese basta andare sul sito scaricare quello in italiano sulla pan drive e installare tutto da zero. Aggiungete i driver che trovate sul sito MSI, e avete finito, neanche 3-4 ore di lavoro e siete pronti.
