CHUWI LapBook 12.3

Recibí mi portátil en 10 días. Lo compre por la oferta flash y estoy muy contenta. Es lo que me esperaba. Tenia miedo de que la pantalla me pareciese pequeña y muy estrecha, pero cuando lo vi en primera persona ... para nada! Los bordes gruesos que tanto te hacen dudar al final me he acostumbrado a tal punto que me gustan y todo. Es muy practico y no pesa mucho (un poco mas de lo que me esperaba) aún así no pesa mucho! La calidad del teclado es muy buena, el aluminio da muy buena sensación. La pantalla 2k se nota. Por 243 euros que me costó a mi me parece una ganga de pc.
Una cosa os recomiendo actualizar la bios, porque se nota la mejora del rendimiento del pc y se arregla el problema del brillo que pasa del 75% al 100%. Actualizar también la nueva versión de windows y buscar todas las actualizaciones. Llevo una semana con el y no me ha dado ningún problema. La batería dura mucho entre 5 a 8 horas (depende si configuras tu pc a máximo rendimiento o al máximo ahorro). También recomiendo comprar ssd m.2 ya que mejorará el rendimiento.
Tengo que decir que antes de comprar mi chuwi estaba entre chuwi y jumper ezbook 3 pro y al final me decante por chuwi, porque ya tenia una tablet de chuwi que me iba bien y nunca me dio problemas y porque la chuwi 12.3 me daba buenas sensaciones de acabados. Y no me arrepiento de mi decisión.

Suggestion

No es un pc para jugar porque se calienta mucho, quizás si bajas la resolución del juego y pones un ventilador a lado si que puedes jugar a tu minecraft y csgo. La cámara es bastante decente aunque yo directamente ni la usaré. Tampoco tiene usb tipo c.

Really great device for this price. I ordered it from the EU warehouse so the shipping took 4 days. The Chuwi looks amazing, at the first sight like twice or even more this price, solid body (matte alu) prevent the fingerprints, nice and non-flexible keyboard working with no problems. The bast part of the computer is of course the Retina IPS display, great sharpness, colours and resolution and viewing angles. I am impressed and dont regret the purchase.

Pros:
Display - best i have ever seen in low budget laptops
Alu body and the keyboard- solid and elegant, the feeling of the keys is satisfactory
Clear windows 10 without the Chinese apps
Enough performance for daily use (chrome, yt, office etc)
Battery life - 40 % = 2h of web browsing , 100% shows 6h
Charging diode
Can be open with one hand, well-balanced

Suggestion

biggest issue is the on/off button located above the backspace, its easy to miss click and accidentally hibernate the device
touchpad for me is good, in my college opinion is not responsive enough - so it depends on the user earlier experience

After many months of using the Chuwi lapbook 12.3. I can say it is perfect for a portable developer machine.

Everything works great with latest Linux kernels.

It may be a little slow, but why do you need more power when traveling or for quick demos.

Excellent points:
* Screen, amazing!
* Hardware compatibility with Linux.
* Enough RAM and CPU cores for getting work done.

Could be improved, but not real complaints:
* Battery life is at around 5 hours, good enough really.
* Charging is a little slow.
* USB ports are upside-down, but THANK YOU Chuwi for keeping them USB-A.
* Screen cannot tilt back very far.

I hope Chuwi makes similar laptops in the future (maybe higher price points with core-M, more RAM and other upgrades).

And software developers should take note, buying one of these at such a low price is better than wasting your money on Apple trash.

компактные размеры, маленькая толщина и вес. Такой ноут идеален для ношения с собой, он практически не занимает места и вместится даже в небольшую сумку или рюкзак. Второй момент - шикарнейший 2К экран с разрешением 2736 x 1824 и потрясающей детализацией. Ну и последний момент, производительность: современный процессор, 6Gb оперативной памяти, возможность установить SSD диск в качестве системного - позволяют комфортно использовать его и для работы и для развлечений (Не забываем про HDMI и возможность подключится к большому монитору или TV, и тогда на первый план выходит аппаратная поддержка видео в разрешении вплоть до 4К). В общем модель на мой взгляд очень интересная и удачная.

La pantalla definitivamente, la resolución es muy buena.
satisface plenamente mis necesidades de tener una lap ligera, compacta y de un buen aspecto que pueda trabajar en exteriores (siempre llama la atención ya que sus acabados son muy buenos)
su uso ideal es Office (powerpoint y excel es lo que más uso), internet, Netflix, Youtube y otras actividades sencillas.
Su conexión a internet es rápida y buena. Siempre se conecta al Starbucks de forma automática.
recomiendo meterle una microsd de buen almacenamiento para que se haga un poco más rápida.
La batería te da para 6 horas de uso sencillo y tarda alrededor de 2-3 para carga completa.
Su costó ($4,300 MMX)- beneficio es muy bueno.
viene en idioma español.

Suggestion

El teclado; debes de tener un poco de paciencia, pero terminas acostumbrándote. Usando un mouse todo se arregla.
El logo de la marca es discreto, cubriéndolo con un sticker se arregla para que no te pregunten siempre: "¿esa marca qué?" :P
obviamente Esta lap no es para un gamer ni editores de vídeo.
el cargador de corriente si está muy feo, ese siempre trato de esconderlo, pero recuerdo cuánto me costó y se me pasa.
