As for the appearance, I really like this color option (gray). It looks pretty decent. Switching on / off / selection of modes is carried out clearly and seamlessly. Traditionally, a full press is on / off, and half-press is mode switching. The thread is anodized, so it is possible to insure against accidental activation by slightly opening the lid. In general, the quality of workmanship is decent.Now a little about personal experiences. Light is great. The fact that it is bright is by itself with such a diode and driver. But I mean that the light is very comfortable to use in practice. Wide, flooded, just what I need in the city.Light has a very nice shade. Note that although the flashlight is a short-range flashlight, due to its power, it nevertheless allows you to light up and into the distance.As for ease of use, in general, in this parameter, the lamp has an order. But with some reservations. It is still quite large. I have it in the pocket of my winter jacket.With the reliability of the order - fell more than once and not without any consequences.The convoy does not claim compliance with the IPX standard, but the lights were made soundly, so the water resistance in practice is provided at a good level.Conclusion:Excellent flashlight for the citizen. This configuration was well suited to my needs.

Highly recommend.-Works with both flattop and button-top batteries-An excellent budget-y EDC flashlight, better suited for lighting at closer distances or closed spaces-Great grip of the handle-Works with both protected (67-68 mm) and unprotected (65 mm) 18650 batteries-Can switch between two sequences of modes - (a high-mid-low mode or a high-mid-low-strobe-SOS mode)-Can tail-stand, two lanyard holes allow to tie the lanyard without hindering the tail-I would recommend to everybody who wants a small lamp, that can be carried everywhere and can produce a lot of light-Best Flashlight for such little money!This powerful, compact flashlight hurls a lot of light to dark spots. I am an outdoorsman and I spend a lot of time camping, and working outdoors in all sorts of conditions and I am really pleased with the price/quality ratio provided by this light. I was comparing its power to my brother's favorite inexpensive light (one I also own and have really enjoyed) and the comparison was grim for the other light. This light was smarter with more features, brighter, more compact, cost slightly less and is nearly as durable. The comparison light did have some rubberized portions over some of the aluminum structure to provide more protection.

- Рифленая накатка на корпусе несет больше декоративный характер - на цепкость удержания фонаря в руке влияет мало - Из-за круглого корпуса фонарь норовит скатиться с плоской поверхности (стола и т.п.) - нужно покупать клипсу или подкладывать темляк - Резинка на кнопке, обычная черная - не светонакопительная - Может быть стоило за счет небольшого увеличения диаметра головы, выполнить ребра для улучшения условий охлаждения

Convoy have been the most reputable flashlight brand in several flashlight forum. And S2+ is the most popular model in all Convoy flashlights. Before I bought this one (7135x6), I already have 7135x8 blue S2+. After I received this one and compare the brightness, I'm surprised to find that this U2-1B 7135x6 is as bright as my T6-4C 7135x8. It's just crazy bright. It won't get hot too fast. This makes the highest setting more useful since you can stay at high much longer than 7135x8. If you own Convoy before, you know the Convoy built quality. This light has the same excellent built quality. The tint is much better than I expected. It's white, but not blueish at all. The UI is very flexible. It can easily switch between 3-mode and 5-mode. If you don't need Strobe and SOS like me, 5-mode can be hidden. Given the top built quality, latest emitter and the brightness, the price is so good and it's a great deal. Highly recommend.

Incredibly well built, fully metal. It feels very solid. Very strong light at max level. I'm amazed at the power you can get out of a single tiny LED. (See picture, taken at night time) The shape of the beam is really good. The lower power modes make it more usable, as the maximum brightness is almost too strong for some situations. Compact size. Comes with a lanyard, which is a nice touch. All in all, an excellent product for the price.An excellent budget-y EDC flashlight, better suited for lighting at closer distances or closed spaces.
