1 Please don't connect this drive to USB Hub port,the power delivered from the Hub port may not be enough to ensure the drive running.
2 Please connect the drive to the rear USB connector which is assembled on the motherboard if your device is a desktop/computer PC.
3 If it is Mac/Laptop/Notebook,just plug it to USB port directly,the drive will run automatically,no extra drive needed.
4 Please connect both of 2 USB cables into rear USB interface of motherboard directly. If you connect our external drive through USB hub,USB extension cable or frontal USB interface,it may can not run smoothly because it can get insufficient power from computer.
