Awesome Little Projector

Purchased this projector to have some better movie nights at home with the family. And it definitely achieves that. This easily projects a 100in bright screen under ambient lighting. Make the room completely dark and Wow the image is fantastic. For the size and portability of this projector this technology is truly impressive. Easily put it in the kids room when they have a sleep over. Horizontal and vertical keystone lets you place it almost anywhere. Plug in a USB stick with media and you are all set. I use it with a google chrome cast connected to the HDMI most of the time. I would highly recommend this little projector.

What a product

This has to be one of the coolest products I bought in the last few years. It shines for the indoor movie and house party. I highly appreciate how portable and versatile it is. Two things I hope to see remedied are (1. make it 1080p in native resolution. 2. the built-in android is updated). Overall, I really really like it and worth the money.

But the bad thing the battery doesn’t last long like it says on the item description and also it’s only 350 lumens I wish it was higher lumens but it’s good portable projector For the price

Suggestion

battery when at 20% decreases brightness automatically and you can change this. We should be able to change it. Only option is to plug it in power

This projector is of excellent picture quality and JBL sound.I would like to put a point that I did not like, I could not run netflix, maybe it would be better if it were manufactured with more powerful processor and bigger RAM.

How does XGIMI CC Aurora integrate with other connected devices?

Other devices (smartphone, PC, tablet, laptop) can be connected to CC Aurora with mirror display. TV boxes and gaming consoles can be connected through CC Aurora’s HDMI port. Hard drives and thumb drives can be connected through CC Aurora’s USB ports.
Does XGIMI CC Aurora have an app?

We have an app (XGIMI Assistant) to control and manage apps on CC Aurora. This app is compatible with iOS, and Android.
How does CC Aurora connect to the XGIMI Assistant app?

The device and CC Aurora must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network, then connected via the XGIMI Assistant app.
What can we expect from XGIMI Assistant app?

Access to Google Play store and smart remote control functionality. The XGIMI Assistant app is simple and intuitive.
Do I have to pay VAT / GST?

Yes, customers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. If the CC Aurora projector is defective, XGIMI will cover shipping fee to repair the defective device for free in 15 business days. This Warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from casualty, accident, transportation, misuse or abuse, liquid, viruses and spyware, neglect, alterations, and service or repair by other than XGIMI.
What is your return / exchange policy after the Indiegogo campaign is over?

If you received your product and you aren't satisfied, you may exchange it for a new one within 30 days, less shipping & handling fees. Indiegogo does process refunds during the campaign. If you would like a refund, we're sorry to see you go.
The projector's remote is not working correctly, what can i do?

Replace the remote's batteries if necessary and make sure that you're using it within its standard operating range (around 8 meters).
Why there is no sound coming from projector?

Make sure that the audio hasn't accidentally been muted by pressing the mute button, and if that doesn't solve the problem then try turning up the volume. This problem can also possibly be solved by checking your audio input connection and adjusting your audio source.
The image being displayed by my projector is out of focus, how to solve it?

Turn the projection lens until the image comes into focus and ensure that the projection screen is at least 1.2 meters from the projector. If these two steps don't work then check your projection lens to see if it needs cleaning.
Only the projector's start-up screen is displayed, what can i do?

Check that all your cables are connected correctly and verify that the proper input source is set on your projector. Once you've done this, you may need to turn off everything and power up your equipment in the following order: projector, computer monitor, computer.
The projected image is too bright, how to fix it?

You can run the projector lamp in "eco" mode. This mode is available in the projector settings and will run the lamp at a reduced brightness, this also extends the lifespan of the lamp.
Why the projected image is dim?

Ensure there are no bright sources of light shining onto the Activboard. Projector lamps degrade over time, and may gradually dim. The lamp may be due for replacement.
Why the projected image appears to be a distorted shape?

Press the keystone button on your remote control and use the arrow keys to reshape the image.
Why the projector isn't displaying the entire computer screen?

Ensure the computer is running in a suitable resolution for the projector.
The projected image is too big or too small， how to fix it?

Fixed distance projectors can only resize the image by moving the projector forward or backwards on the projector mounting.
The projector displays the message "No Signal', what is the problem?

1. Check that the computer video cable is connected to both the computer and the projector, or any other video termination points along the cable path.

2. Ensure the computer is in mirror / clone display mode.

3. Press the "Computer" or "Input" button on the projector remote control to toggle to the correct input mode.

4. Try another computer.
Why the image appears to be tinged yellow or purple, or appears "blotchy"?

Try using another computer video cable, the projector may need cleaning.
