FEIYUE - 03 1/12 2.4G Full Scale 4WD Desert RC Off-road Racing Car

Fantastic 4wd really working buggy. I get it with EU plug. The package was very well done and I received it in Italy from China in only two weeks in perfect conditions. Also the tracking was very detailed and precise.
I'm using it also with my daughters and son and they are all amazed. It's simply to use and to bind with the controller. I've already ordered other 3 batteries from gearbest to get more time of fun. The battery life is about 12-15 minutes depending on the kind of usage. The buggy is solid and well constructed giving a sense of high value. The 4 whells are all working permitting the buggy to go almost everywhere as seen in many videos on internet. I used it on wet grass and debris making funny spins. It reaches a very good speed.
The controller has varios settings like trims and a progressive and precise trigger. Usable by lefthanded person simply pushing the wheel on the other side of the transmitter.

RTR out of the box. Is built with high quality hobby grade materials. Feels solidly constructed. Controller is very nice and steering adjustments are very easy to use. Excellent feature to allow the steering wheel to be used right or left handed. I've rolled it, collided it, jumped it, ran it through all lines of terrains, you name it, car has responded like a champ. No actual damage done. Feels much faster then it actually is because of how well it handles. The 7.4 lithium ion stock battery is certainly adequate but with a Lipo upgrade it's true potential has really come out. Has the ability to use a 2 cell Lipo without any modifications. Currently running a venom 7.4 3000 mah. My 2 year old sonkloves the driver in the seat and loves to put passengers in the car while I drive them like a taxi. Car is an absolute blast to drive and has no problems going absolutely anywhere especially with some modifications. Is not a rock crawler but can handle smaller rocks and climb surprisingly well.

Suggestion

Had to research and take the esc and servo apart myself to find out whether it was waterproof or water resistant. Nowhere in the manual or box does it have any mention about it. And it is certainly not water resistant at all. I applied two part epoxy to the esc and plasti dipped the servo and had no problems since driving it through snow and puddles. But I would definitely not recommend doing it without modifications. Also there is about 3000 screws holding this sucker together and lots of different sizes so be extra careful when taking it apart and pay very close attention to what size screws you are taking out as it's very easy to strip the threads if you screw in the wrong screws in the wrong locations. I learned that the hard way. Even though the screws all look about the same size they are most certainly not. The instructions are detailed enough to read and figure out which screws to where but I cannot understand why they chose to put so many different sizes of screws on the vehicle.

One of the best buget rc offroaders there is on the market. Steel gears, slipper clutch and a brushed motor for low end torque....

Nice articulation on any axle and nice beadlock wheels, and you get one real spare wheel with it on its back.

Only the stock shock absorbers are not so good, only filled with air and not so nice, but easy to replace with any rc ones from hobby stores.

The Car comes with deans connector and two 18650 IMR Cells in series, so its a 2S vehicle with a very nice remote.

Charger is included and in my case they included an adapter us to Eu Plug

Suggestion

stock shock absorbers are only air filled and it flips over on its roof very easy, just replace them with better ones.

the "fake" lights can be upgraded with led's yet you loose all the grill covers from the ligths very fast, the are flimsy and break off.... i took them off immediately

Great ground clearance, strong motor for 1:12 scale. This truck is a joy to drive. It likes speed and slow crawling. Have bought upgraded brushless package for my first one and will definitely buy another. Although I don't need it, the controller has the ability to switch from right to left hand user and has good response to vehicle in the field. Compare this to any 1:12 or 1:10 scale out there, and dollar for dollar this is a best buy!

Suggestion

Although the controller has the ability to switch hands, it still feels toy grade. At this price point this point can't really be considered a con. I will upgrade controller with vehicle brushless upgrade.

This little car just blows my mind. I'm not a pro with remote control cars but I have bought quite a few and they have all been disappointing. This thing is unstoppable. It's fast... Might even be faster than me. Handling is great "it is very easy to flip through", and the best part nothing stops it. See a curb. Drive over it. See tall grass. Drive through it. See a hill. Drive over it or jump it! I got this for my son... But I really want it myself. Also it has great distance.

Suggestion

None so far but I had a hard time finding the on off switch. It's behind the driver.
