My first drone and my first purchase on Gearbest

Well, by lot of time i was waiting for bought a Drone. and when DJI release the second version of Mavic (Zoom and Pro). I was very impressed about all improvements. I have a two weeks using this Mavic 2 Zoom and I´m very exited because is too easy for flight (Obviously need to read first the user guide) and you can learn more in every Flight.
Awesome Camera.
Multiple autonomous flight modes.
Battery life is great. and all possibility that you have with this drone is a awesome experience.
but the best is the multiple sensors over all aircraft for be safe and avoid collision. very recommended product even for new pilots as me, all items in the brand new box with no issues. overall very good experience with this aircraft. Again please before the first flight Read all user guide two or three times.. Good Luck

Fantastico Drone

Bellissimo drone acquistato nel periodo del Black Fridey,,a soli 889 euro ,,provato e eccezionale ,,arrivato molto in anticipo dalla data prevista,la mia paura era di pagare le spese doganali invece niente perche e passato dalla Germania e quindi in Italia,,che dire sono contento dell'acquisto e non vedo l'ora di provarlo fuori,,era la prima volta che acquistavo su Gearbest comunque sono stati sempre cortesi quando comunicavo con loro,,consiglio a tutti questo sito ci sono prezzi abbastanza bassi in confronto dell'Italia ,,unica pecca non dolente istruzioni solo in cinese ma nel controller in inglese che bene o male capisco,,che dire altro compratelo perchè non ve ne pentirete,,non potrete volare dove volete ma e un bel prodotto da avere chei ha la passione per i droni,,
Volevo aggiungere la spina e cinese ma in cavo in italia si trova con pochi euro,,poi mi hanno inviato anche l'adattatore

Un gran dron a un precio inmejorable

Después de darle muchas vueltas, me decidí a comprar el dji mavic zoom, me preocupaba un poco que al ser un producto tan caro tuviese algún problema con el envío, sin embargo todo llegó perfecto en 25 días, sin costes de aduanas y el producto en perfectas condiciones, te incluyen un adaptador que dependerá del país de de entrega En mi caso España. Eso sí, si se realiza el pago hacerlo a través de paypal para tener más seguridad. Importante tener en cuenta que si lo compras y quieres activar el seguro de dji care refresh sólo se podrá activarlo en su región de origen... por lo que no podremos contratarlo en Europa. Sin embargo por el ahorro del dron respecto a su precio en Europa creo que merece la pena.

Importante actualizar el firmware antes de su primer uso y ver algunos tutoriales para volarlo de forma segura.
Muy satisfecho con la compra y mejorando en cada vuelo :)

Ho atteso qualche istante per fare una recensione, volevo inserire una video ripresa, sono molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto per diversi motivi, la motivazione principale è stata quella di un acquisto meditato per la ragione che forse potete sapere, ciò dire che il mercato offre diversi prodotti, ma personalmente credo che tanto spendi e tanto vale ciò che ottieni, sono stato molto fortunato perchè ho acquistato il Mavic 2 con telecamera Hasselblad straordinaria apparato fotografico la Dji ha falto un scelta intelligente, le riprese video sono qualcosa di meraviglioso e non solo la tecnologia applicata su questo Drone non ha pari! il resto scopritelo voi perchè di opzioni non sono riuscito per ora a scoprirle tutte! consigliato l'aquisto su questo sito grazie Gearbest.com

Buen producto y mejor servicio

El cuadricoptero Dji Mavic 2 es un producto sobresaliente. Una calidad muy buena y fácil de volar incluso para principiantes. En el caso del que he adquirido, la versión Zoom, añadir además la calidad de la cámara y gimbal y la adaptabilidad que nos da el tener un zoom óptico x2. El gimbal es un prodigio de suavidad y además nos permite controlar la cámara en vuelo hacia arriba y abajo y hacia izquierda y derecha.
El mando de control en que integramos nuestro móvil, además de un diseño cómodo, destaca por la información que nos suministra del vuelo y por su alcance.

En cuanto a Gearbest, que decir, un precio excelente y un cumplimiento absoluto en cuanto al tiempo de envío.

En definitiva 5 estrellas.

Drone eccezionale, qualità TOP!

Drone davvero pazzesco, la fattura è ottima e non ci sono parole per descriverlo. Mai avuta tanta qualità! Abituato con droni giocattolo, questo Mavic 2 ti fa capire che sta ad un altro livello. Arrivato oggi dopo 2 settimane d'attesa e senza alcuna richiesta di dogana, ottimo GearBest! Il pacco era ben confezionato e in ottimo stato, con sola qualche ammaccatura sugli spigoli della confezione.

-Unica nota DOLENTE è che ho trovato il pacco intatto ma il SIGILLO DI GARANZIA GIà TAGLIATO-

Forse un controllo della dogana? ho controllato il contenuto e non manca niente, il drone sembra nuovo di zecca insieme ai suoi accessori e al telecomando... cosa dire? super contento!

Prima volta che acquistavo da GearBest e credo che lo farò ancora non appena avrò la possibilità.

Really thankful for this great product

I’m really happy for my purchase.
Needed it during Christmas holidays, I was worried about the delivery but fortunately I got it before my departure.
I’m really thankful because Gearbest support was always there to give information and give me assurance about the shipping and the delivery time.
Apart from that, DJI Mavic 2 Pro is one of the best drone. It took me some time to handle it but with time, I became a trained pilot :D.

Mavic 2 zoom

Отличный квадрик, пришел запечатанный, только пломба повреждена (я думаю из за крышки коробки, потому что при надавливании сбоку, она приподнимается). Единственный минус поставил, потому что ожидал отправки заказа около 4 недель. В инвойсе продавец указал стоимость 100$, таможню прошло на ура, только оплатил услуги брокера DHL около 9.5$. (В Казахстане, как и в России теперь 500 евро в месяц беспошлинно). Заказом очень доволен, хоть пришлось немного поволноваться.

Acquistato DJI mavic 2 ZOOM , un drone professionale con una fotocamera professionale che fa video in 4K è una durata della batteria di ben 31 minuti! É un drone richiudibile e ottimo per viaggiare avendolo sempre con se con il minimo ingombro. La qualità é ottima e sia il pacco che la scatola sono arrivati integri e senza nessun graffio o ammaccatura con i sigilli originali DJI.
Rispetto ad altri droni ha un design accattivante e moderno.
Lo consiglio vivamente a chi deve acquistare un drone comodo ma di altissima qualitá.

Can I adjust the focal length for Dolly Zoom on the Mavic 2 Zoom?

How long does it take to fully charge a battery?

Approximately 1.5 hours.
Why does one of the blades not spin?

1. Check the tightness of the blades;

2. Remove the blade that does not spin to see if the motor is working properly;

3. If the motor does not work, check whether the motor gear is connected properly;

4. Remove the body shell, check if the motor cable is connected to the mainboard appropriately.
How to bind the quadcopter and the transmitter?

First turn on the quadcopter power switch, place it in a horizontal position, then turn on the transmitter. Push the left throttle lever to the highest position, and then pull it back to the lowest position. You will hear a clear "di, di" sound and the indicator light will stop flashing and just stay lit, meaning the frequency adjustment is completed and your quadcopter is ready to take off.
Why the indicator light of the quadcopter is flashing?

1. The quadcopter is not binding to the transmitter correctly, please refer to the user manual to re-modulate the frequency;

2. Battery power is insufficient, recharge the battery.
Why one of the blades spin slower than others?

1. Check the tightness of the blades ;

2. Adjust the trim key ;

3. Re-modulate the frequency, the quadcopter must be put on a flat ground;

4. Re-calibrate gyroscope.
How to distinguish the steering of a blade?

Blades are usually marked with A, B or R. Diagonal direction blades have the same steering, adjacent blades have opposite steering.
How to judge the steering of a motor?

1. Usually, motor with red and blue wires is usually a forward motor, while the reversed motor presents black and white wires. Diagonal direction motors have the same steering, adjacent motors have opposite steering.

2. On the motor surface sometimes you can find CW or CCW. CW stands for forward motor, while CCW refers to reversed motor.
Why the transmitter has no reaction when operated?

1. Check and make sure that the batteries are installed by the right polarity;

2. Battery power is insufficient, please full charge the battery, or replace with a full charge battery.
Why the voltage of single battery cell is lower?

Single battery cell voltage imbalance is a normal phenomenon. Large current discharge will usually lead to voltage difference. This may be caused by poor contact between battery and charger, and the customer should adopt balance charge mode to charge the battery.
Why even though all blades spin, the quadcopter still cannot flip / rotate / take off?

1. Battery power is insufficient, recharge the battery;

2. Check whether the blades are installed correctly.
