Mjx Bugs 8 Pro Awesome Drone

The drone in youtube flies so fast but needed to be tested further more, just received it today will make more videos and comments. Advantage is the price, for a budget racing drone thats your pocket will not hurt. Disadvantage is the battery, you are tied up by buying same brand battery and only few shops selling. You can buy other brand lipo battery but not sure it will fit. Overall recommemdation is high for the price and quality. Again need to be tested before I can add more comments. Scary Fast

The Bugs line is all great. This one is so fast it was honestly scary, but fun. The price was hard to beat. This one is really meant for an intermediate flier. The acro mode was almost uncontrollable (for a newbie at least), but stability mode was great. I tried several times to learn acro and crashed a lot, until one time when I finally broke the landing gear. Kept flying with 3 legs until I broke the motor arm. Glued it back and it still flies, but now staying in stability mode and flying much more cautiously with it. I added the camera designed for this quad and actually flew some FPV (very cool). The 4 stars (instead of 5) was not because of the difficult acro mode (with my skill level), but because the plastic design cannot hold up to the abuse that this kind of weight and speed demands. For the cost, I don't think you can get a faster quad, but I cannot recommend it as an acro trainer.

With a clear conscience I can recommend this product. This item is comfortable, good looking, cheap, stable, solid and useful. I like it very much. It looks decent and what is most importantly - it is solidly made and useful. It's good to use. I recommend it to everyone in need because it is really a very good thing. Buy it! Everything ok with package, nothing was broken.

bugs 8 pro is great it had 3C battery 11.1v not 7.4v

Great flying Quadcopter

Great flying Quad. I own a few Holy Stone Quads a fan of the Bugs series bugs 3 bugs 3 mini bugs 8 pro. This one I would recommend only to skilled pilots. Very fast very responsive in both speeds. What a thrill for flying it my first time Love it. beginners start with bugs 3, you should have one in your collection and when you master that one , go for this speedster.

FAQ for MjxR / C Technic Bugs 8 Pro 250mm Quadcopter RTF

Why does one of the blades not spin?

1. Check the tightness of the blades;

2. Remove the blade that does not spin to see if the motor is working properly;

3. If the motor does not work, check whether the motor gear is connected properly;

4. Remove the body shell, check if the motor cable is connected to the mainboard appropriately.
How to bind the quadcopter and the transmitter?

First turn on the quadcopter power switch, place it in a horizontal position, then turn on the transmitter. Push the left throttle lever to the highest position, and then pull it back to the lowest position. You will hear a clear "di, di" sound and the indicator light will stop flashing and just stay lit, meaning the frequency adjustment is completed and your quadcopter is ready to take off.
Why the indicator light of the quadcopter is flashing?

1. The quadcopter is not binding to the transmitter correctly, please refer to the user manual to re-modulate the frequency;

2. Battery power is insufficient, recharge the battery.
Why one of the blades spin slower than others?

1. Check the tightness of the blades ;

2. Adjust the trim key ;

3. Re-modulate the frequency, the quadcopter must be put on a flat ground;

4. Re-calibrate gyroscope.
How to distinguish the steering of a blade?

Blades are usually marked with A, B or R. Diagonal direction blades have the same steering, adjacent blades have opposite steering.
How to judge the steering of a motor?

1. Usually, motor with red and blue wires is usually a forward motor, while the reversed motor presents black and white wires. Diagonal direction motors have the same steering, adjacent motors have opposite steering.

2. On the motor surface sometimes you can find CW or CCW. CW stands for forward motor, while CCW refers to reversed motor.
Why the transmitter has no reaction when operated?

1. Check and make sure that the batteries are installed by the right polarity;

2. Battery power is insufficient, please full charge the battery, or replace with a full charge battery.
Why the voltage of single battery cell is lower?

Single battery cell voltage imbalance is a normal phenomenon. Large current discharge will usually lead to voltage difference. This may be caused by poor contact between battery and charger, and the customer should adopt balance charge mode to charge the battery.
Why even though all blades spin, the quadcopter still cannot flip / rotate / take off?

1. Battery power is insufficient, recharge the battery;

2. Check whether the blades are installed correctly.
