My house has laminate flooring throughout the main floor, except for the bathroom, and there are no threshold bars or the like at the door openings (except for the bathroom. I already had a robot vacuum cleaner which did a great job cleaning the hallway, bedroom, living room and kitchen, but would clean over and over until the battery needed charging, when it would dutifully find its way back to the charging point. However, if I left the bathroom door open it would climb over the threshold but couldn't master getting back out. I could set a schedule manually on the robot, which just had a time display, so it was quite time consuming. But once set, the robot would work as scheduled. But I saw the Alphawise A10 advert and saw that you could control it via an app on your phone, and even via Alexa. As I had just had an extension built and there was a couple of steps up to the adjoining floor, I thought I would buy the Alphawise for the main house and use the other robot for the extension. I had great trouble with this order and it eventually arrived after about 4 months!

So, it arrived. Packaging: it was well packed and arrived undamaged.
Looks: it looks very nice, just like in the picture. Being white it doesn't show the dust like my other - black - robot. It has sensors everywhere, so I'm always surprised when it actually bumps into something.
Setup: well, it was a problem. It says it can be configured in Smart Life, so that it can be controlled by Alexa. Nope! Smart Life could not find it no matter how many times I tried. So, I downloaded the app called Laser Robot and, hey presto, the app find and connects to the robot very easily.
Performance: Wow! It does just what a robot cleaner should do. Just send it off to clean once it is full charged on the charging point, and, not only does it clean the whole house, it maps it out as well. On the app you can see the shape of your house building up as the robot travels around. It even maps out where the furniture and other obstacles are that it can't get under. And it cleans very well. Oh, and with the change of a couple of attachments, it will mop the floors too.
The app: The app it great. It shows you a plan of the house that the robot has mapped out. Using that plan you can mark out zones (kitchen bathroom, bedroom, living room). You can set each zone to normal cleaning, double cleaning or prohibited. So, for example, I set the living room and bedroom for normal cleaning, the hall and kitchen to double cleaning and the bathroom to prohibited. Setting up a schedule is as easy as setting alarms on your clock app. And, at any time, you can send the robot off to do clean one or more zones or to do a full clean. You can also set the speed of the sweeping rollers (or the water feed when using it to mop).
Conclusion: A great robot with a great app for controlling it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because you can't connect it to Smart Life, so you can't control it by voice.

The Alfawise V10 Max its a very very Powerfull machine for the price !! The quality of the product is very good, I was not expecting it, considering that I was unaware of this brand, I was impressed. Have dry and wet cleaning functions. I received the product a few months ago and so far it has worked very well. The truth is ... it became my best friend. Smart sensors are excellent and really work.
It comes equipped with a massive suction power of 2200 Pa, and works perfectly! Low and medium level work ok and and not to much louder .. The High Lvl its very powerful and a bit noisy but it is bearable.
It is easy to connect with the App. Just follow the instructions, it's not a big deal. The App is also easy to operate and has many functions!

In summary this product is excellent but ... there is always a but:

1 - Although the app is easy to use, it has to be improved. There is a small bug that I can't understand what the cause is (I didn't touch the base), which occasionally misfigures the entire map I have on the panel. That is, the scan of the house map is lost and has to be done and configured again. It's boring. It has already happened to me 2x in a space of 2 months .. In this case they have to fix the bug or scratch some way to save the created map.

2 - The vacuum cleaner works without problems but when it comes to using the mop with water I have been experiencing some problems. Initially it worked without problems, but now I feel that with the weight of the wet mop the robot starts to have some difficulty in moving (I have been using the lower intensity so as not to soak and make the job easier)

3 - And to finish and here I think it's the biggest gap ... In this moment Alfawise still selling this Vacuum cleaner model a lot. but at the moment you cannot buy the accessory kit to replace ... Many months have passed and the information on the sales websites is that the product has been discontinued. There are almost no stores selling this kit and the ones that do exist, are out of stock or discontinued ... So what now? The people who buy this machine now do what? Have another compatible accessory kits for the model?

Great Machine, very powerful for the price !!! He's just my best friend right now !! He does an excellent job every day, saves me time, fatigue and money. I love it for the price ... I say it is an excellent investment, BUT ONLY IF THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO MARKET THE ACCESSORIES .. I am a little curious about the future ..
If accessory kits are available again I recommend it. But if you need to buy it at this point then I suggest you to see the vacuum cleaners, particularly from xiaomi. They are slightly more expensive, it is true but they have a good quality, it is a trusted brand and if you have problems with the vacuum cleaner you will most likely have a store available in your country and you will have support. And there is no shortage of kits for sale of accessories all over the world

Assolutamente soddisfatti della spedizione e della qualità del prodotto ricevuto.
Messo a confronto con grandi marchi che stiamo utilizzando nulla ha da invidiare...anzi.
E' un grande lavoratore e non delude mai le aspettative.
Lo consigliamo a chi vuole grande qualità a buon prezzo.
Solitamente non amo fare recensioni ma in questo caso ho il desiderio che anche altre persone che acquistano questo prodotto possano avere la mia stessa soddisfazione.
Il grande punto di forza di questo prodotto è la semplicità di utilizzo con Applicazione dedicata che ti permette molte informazioni utili e di interagire con Alfawise V10 Max Laser in ogni momento.
Inoltre il sistema di navigazione è molto efficace non sbatte continuamente contro ogni cosa come eravamo abituati con altre marche e sia l'aspirazione che il lavaggio sono molto accurati.
Dopo oltre 40 giorni di lavoro interrotto è diventato per noi indispensabile ed utile come un collaboratore prezioso.
Al momento dell'ordine ero preoccupato perchè non sapevo se Chen ( gli abbiamo dato anche un nome) avesse superato la prova di aspirazione e soprattutto lavaggio sul pavimento del nostro Relais che è in mattoni antichi non molto regolari.
Devo dire che nulla riesce a fermarlo sale e scende in maniera discreta ed efficace da ogni ostacolo che gli si presenta innanzi.
Addirittura un mattino lo abbiamo trovato esplorare il giardino sull'erba...avrà forse aspirazioni di giardinaggio ??
Ottima la durata della carica , molto silenzioso rispetto altri concorrenti , potente aspirazione , cassetto dello sporco capiente e facile da pulire , con un ciclo di lavoro copre oltre 130 metri quadrati districandosi tra mobili, divani , sedie e tavoli.
Anche in modalità lavaggio da grandi soddisfazioni. I nostri ospiti ogni mattino quando scendono per la colazione apprezzano la perfetta pulizia del pavimento ed il profumo che Chen lavorando durante la notte fa trovare a loro come un ..Buongiorno !!
Insomma lo consiglio a tal punto che stiamo pensando di acquistarne un secondo.

I use it every other day. It works. We've got hardwood, carpet and area rugs. We have about 2500 sq ft on two levels. We have quite a few things on the floor (wastebaskets, chairs, planter, etc, ). Here's my experience in easy to read points:
1.I do an entire floor at a time (we have 2 levels). I don't have to, but I walk the rooms and get things off the floor before starting. It cleans the entire floor.
2.I usually can't get an entire floor done without a recharge. An entire floor takes about 2 hours run time. The charge seems to last a bit more than an hour. That's fine with me, I don't have to do anything because it goes home and charges by itself.
3.There is only one threshold in the entire house it can't cross (into master bath... I put it in there and set up the virtual wall). Kind of a big step up relative to the Alfawise V10 max, so I understand. Gets over everything else.
4.The virtual wall is cool. I use it because I don't want it going on some stone work on the floor around my fireplace and for the aforementioned bathroom.
5.The app is great. And hooking it up to Alexa means I can either activate it from the app or just by telling Alexa to start cleaning. The app tells me what it's cleaned, actually shows me a map so I'm sure of where it got. Also instructive to letting me know what to move (sometimes just an inch) so that it can get past furniture.
6.My wife loves that I love to vacuum now!
7.You are going to be amazed what a time saver this is. The first time you use it, it won't be because you are just going to watch it. After a while, it's set it and forget it until you get an app notification. Great investment, glad I did it!

This is the second Alfawise vacuum cleaner that I've purchased this year. The first one was for me, this one was a gift. I wish I had the money to buy everyone I love one. My Alfawise V10 max has changed my life--it seriously is the best purchase I've ever made.I bought the V10 max model because of the brushless rollers (important if you have family members with long hair or pets) and also because I am a Type A person and LOVE the precise back-and-forth lines in the carpet that the 900-models make. The V10 max has enough power for my needs (I have carpet and tile), so I didn't pay extra for the next level up. Also, the V10 max will also go back to the home base and recharge halfway through a job, then complete the work. I have a big house and the vacuum cleaner does a good job. After he's finished charging, he goes back to the exact same spot where he left off and then finishes up. He's amazing. The person who I bought this v10 max for has an inside dog that uses a doggy door. He has full access to the house and tracks in A LOT of grass. The Roomba picks it up off of both the carpet and tile with no issues. The dog doesn't shed much more than a human, so I can't comment to that issue. The v10 max at the house with the dog has had to replace the little filter more often than I have had to (I don't have a dog), but otherwise there is no difference in cleaning quality or servicing the machine. Love it, love it, love it.
Oh, the dog, a two-year-old golden doodle, was initially a little worried about the V10 max. He has progressed from growling at it, to trying to get it to throw his ball, to now (cautiously) ignoring it.
