    I use it every other day. It works. We've got hardwood, carpet and area rugs. We have about 2500 sq ft on two levels. We have quite a few things on the floor (wastebaskets, chairs, planter, etc, ). Here's my experience in easy to read points:
    1.I do an entire floor at a time (we have 2 levels). I don't have to, but I walk the rooms and get things off the floor before starting. It cleans the entire floor.
    2.I usually can't get an entire floor done without a recharge. An entire floor takes about 2 hours run time. The charge seems to last a bit more than an hour. That's fine with me, I don't have to do anything because it goes home and charges by itself.
    3.There is only one threshold in the entire house it can't cross (into master bath... I put it in there and set up the virtual wall). Kind of a big step up relative to the Alfawise V10 max, so I understand. Gets over everything else.
    4.The virtual wall is cool. I use it because I don't want it going on some stone work on the floor around my fireplace and for the aforementioned bathroom.
    5.The app is great. And hooking it up to Alexa means I can either activate it from the app or just by telling Alexa to start cleaning. The app tells me what it's cleaned, actually shows me a map so I'm sure of where it got. Also instructive to letting me know what to move (sometimes just an inch) so that it can get past furniture.
    6.My wife loves that I love to vacuum now!
    7.You are going to be amazed what a time saver this is. The first time you use it, it won't be because you are just going to watch it. After a while, it's set it and forget it until you get an app notification. Great investment, glad I did it!

    Great item to change my life
    This is the second Alfawise vacuum cleaner that I've purchased this year. The first one was for me, this one was a gift. I wish I had the money to buy everyone I love one. My Alfawise V10 max has changed my life--it seriously is the best purchase I've ever made.I bought the V10 max model because of the brushless rollers (important if you have family members with long hair or pets) and also because I am a Type A person and LOVE the precise back-and-forth lines in the carpet that the 900-models make. The V10 max has enough power for my needs (I have carpet and tile), so I didn't pay extra for the next level up. Also, the V10 max will also go back to the home base and recharge halfway through a job, then complete the work. I have a big house and the vacuum cleaner does a good job. After he's finished charging, he goes back to the exact same spot where he left off and then finishes up. He's amazing. The person who I bought this v10 max for has an inside dog that uses a doggy door. He has full access to the house and tracks in A LOT of grass. The Roomba picks it up off of both the carpet and tile with no issues. The dog doesn't shed much more than a human, so I can't comment to that issue. The v10 max at the house with the dog has had to replace the little filter more often than I have had to (I don't have a dog), but otherwise there is no difference in cleaning quality or servicing the machine. Love it, love it, love it.
    Oh, the dog, a two-year-old golden doodle, was initially a little worried about the V10 max. He has progressed from growling at it, to trying to get it to throw his ball, to now (cautiously) ignoring it.

    Love, Love, Love this vacuum!!! I cleaned my floors before I started the vacuum for the first time. I just wanted to see if there were places it would get stuck, I didn't really think it would get much dirt. Half way through the first cleaning it found a straw wrapper under a chair that it was dragging around with it. When I opened up the cleaning bin to clear the wrapper I was shocked to find it completely full! I thought the floors were clean! This little vacuum found 2 more bins full of dirt that I had missed. I would defiantly recommend this vacuum to anyone that was looking for one.

    Powerful cleaning for floor and carpet
    We have had this thing for a week and it works like a champ! Hardwoods, thick area rugs, thin area rugs, ceramic tile, thick transition strips, narrow pantry, and laundry room - you name it and this thing figures out how to maneuver and clean the hell out of it. And did I mention pet fur? We have 1 cat and 2 dogs - one of which is a collie mix and sheds like crazy - and this thing will give you a deep clean with no hiccups. The app is great too, especially the map visual. I highly recommend this vacuum.

    We love this little guy!
    We love this vacuum! I turn him on just about every day when I’m getting ready for the day or doing stuff around the house and it makes it so easy to keep up on pet hair around the house. He is great for hardwood, tile, or carpet. He has a prett great battery life and will automatically re-dock to charge. The only downside is the dust compartment is pretty small so you have to empty it after every use. It’s super easy to empty and clean though.

  • The robot cannot be turned on, why?

    Please check if the battery is low, please charge it before use. The ambient temperature is over low or over high,please use it in the range of 0°C-40°C.

  • Whether it needs to be charged for 24 hours for the initial use.

    The built-in high-performance lithium-ion battery has no memory effect, and it can be used after being fully charged and no need charging of 24 hours.

  • Why can’t the robot be charged, and is the robot charged automatically?

    Yes, it can be charged automatically or manually. If the charging stand is not powered, please make sure the power is connected successfully. Poor contact of the charging electrode, please clean the charging stand electrode and the machine electrode.

  • The machine cannot be returned for charging.

    Make sure there is enough space around the charging stand according to user manual. And make sure that the recognition area on surface of the charging stand is free of dust and dirt.

  • The device cannot be found in the mobile.

    Please reconnect WiFi and ensure that the network connection to the machine is successful.

  • The machine is offline.

  • Why there is abnormal voice during cleaning.
