Hoverboard balancing scooter

We tried to charge received balancing scooter but it doesn’t work. Being connected with power source it seems to be ok ( it is lightening and speaking) but after reconnecting it from the electricity it doesn’t wake up any more. After 2 hours there is still red light showing that battery is empty. My husband watch a lot of videos about it on youtube and it seems to be problem with the battery

Had an issue with a broken pedal assist sensor which was cracked in two, Rear wheel made crackling noises but tightening the spokes fixed that, The front brake lever got bent in a fall but being a diecasting can not be straigtened without cracking it
