These lights feature 6 bright blue LEDS with a blue light diffuser. The blue cable is your + 24v positive and the black is your - 24v negative. It comes with 2 mounting screws and a soft cushion for mounting behind the lights. Since they are 24 volts they are generally not suitable for most cars and should work in most trucks.
