Body mass index ( BMI ):
BMI is closely related to the total body fat index, the index is considered weight and height two factors. BMI is simple and practical, it can reflect systemic overweight and obesity. Measure the overweight body, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, it is more accurate than simple body weight.
BIA ( Bio-Electrical Impedance Analysis ):
The BIA technology allows you to easily calculate your body fitness by imputing information of gender, height, age, activity level and your weight. In bare feet, this technology sends a low-level electrical signal though your body fat and then measures the resistance the signal encounters. This signal is perfectly safe and will not be felt.

A balança é interessante para acompanhar o ganho ou perda de peso ao longo dos dias, semanas e meses. As demais escalas pelo que percebi não são precisas. Para acompanhamento e registro de peso é um produto interessante. Muito prática para guardar pois não ocupa muito espaço. A balança é fabricado em um plástico que parece durável. A conexão via bluettoth foi rápida após aberto o aplicativo. O aplicativo está somente em inglês mas é possível entender perfeitamente.
The balance is interesting to track gain or loss of weight over the days, weeks and months. The other scales I\'ve come to realize are not accurate. For monitoring and weight recording is an interesting product. Very handy to store as it does not take up much space. The scale is manufactured in a plastic that looks durable. The connection via bluettoth was quick after opening the application. The application is only in English but you can understand it perfectly.
Cons:
As demais escalas como percentual de gordura não são precisas ( acredito em uma diferença grande em relação a uma avaliação com medição de dobras corporais ) e deste modo trata-se de uma função prometida que não tem uso prático. As escalas poderiam ser mais precisas mas por este preço não tem como exigir algo melhor. São necessárias 4 baterias AAA.
The other scales as a percentage of fat are not accurate (I believe in a big difference in relation to an assessment with body folds measurement) and this is a promised function that has no practical use. The scales could be more accurate but at this price there is no way to demand something better. 4 AAA batteries are required.Sep 06,2017
