    Reconnected automatically after swapping out my Comcast router wifi system while other so-called smart controls I have are not capable of so I have confidence in the software so far, dimmer works fine with Alexa commands

    Ne sto utilizzando diversi dentro casa, per ora nessun problema, sono abbastanza sensibili al tocco e rispondono sempre bene ai comandi vocali di Amazon Echo.

    Arrivato prima di quanto previsto, prodotto ben imballato e senza spese di dogana.
    Istallazione è configurazione molto facile, si installa su una normale 503 al posto del vecchio telaio.
    Il prodotto è ben fatto e dal aspetto gradevole.

  • Can I share SONOFF T1 to other eWeLink accounts?

    The owner can share SONOFF T1 to other eWeLink accounts.
  • How many timing schedules does SONOFF T1 support?

    SONOFF T1 Supports max 8 enabled single /repeat / countdown timing schedules each device.
  • Can I upgrade the firmware of SONOFF T1?

    It will auto-remind you of new firmware or version. Please update as soon as you can.
  • Why I can't add SONOFF T1 by another account?

    One device one owner. Other people can not add the devices that have already been added. If you want to add your device to another account, don’t forget to delete it first.
  • Why the APP can't find the device in pairing status?

    That's because of your phone's cache. Please close the WLAN of your phone, then open it after a minute. At the same time, please power off the device if you can, then power up to try again.
  • How to share SONOFF T1 to other eWeLink accounts?

    Firstly click Share, input the eWeLink account you want to share, tick the timer permissions you want to give, then click Next. The other account will receive an invitation message. Click Accept, the device has shared successfully. The other user will have access to control the device.
  • Why SONOFF T1 is "Offline" on eWeLink?

    The device needs 1 minute to connect to your router and server. When the green LED on, the device is "Online", if eWeLink shows still "Offline", please close eWeLink and re-open.
  • Why the preset timers don't work?

    The possible reason is that your WiFi network is too weak when you create the timers. So the timers can't be synchronized to our servers. Please delete the timer and create a new one in robust WiFi.
  • Why the time on the timer settings is not the same as my local time?

    There's summer time, winter time changes in many countries. If your local time has changed, please delete all the timers, close the app. Then open the app, and create new timers, you'll see the time will be synchronized with your system.
