    On the watch, go to Set App > Display and Brightness to adjust the brightness.

  • How to Download Music File to Amazfit Nexo?

    Step 1: Connecting to a computer

    ● Connecting with a PC

    After connecting the Amazfit Nexo to the charging dock and connecting it to the computer's USB, double click on "Amazfit Watch" in "My Computer" and then double-click "Internal Storage Device" to access the list of the files in the watch.

    ● Connecting with a Mac

    Your Mac computer needs to have the Android File Transfer tool installed in order for it to connect with your Amazfit Nexo.

    After connecting the watch to the dock and then to the computer's USB port, the Android File Transfer tool will automatically pop up and display a list of files in the watch.

    Step 2: Copying Music Files

    When you access your Amazfit Nexo through your computer, some folders will be displayed in the watch's root directory. You can copy the corresponding files into these folders.

    Step 3: Copy the music file in MP3 format to the above folder, and you can complete it.

    1. On the mobile phone, open the Amazfit app > Profile > My Watch > Select Watch Face > Upload Watch Face Background.

    2. On the watch, long press the watch face page to enter the watch face selection page. If the watch face shows customization, tap the customization to enter the watch face background settings. Slide the watch face up to find "Use Uploaded Picture," select the background just uploaded, tap "Yes" and then tap "Save."

  • How to set up Always on Display on Amazfit Nexo?

    Step 1: Light up your Amazfit Nexo watch screen.

    Step 2: Swipe the screen and find "Setting-Display and Brightness-Low light mode".

    Step 3: Click to choose it, then you can set the Always On Display on Amazfit Nexo.

  • My Amazfit Nexo does not pair with my iPhone, how to do?

    1. Check Amazfit Nexo battery level

    If your Amazfit Nexo cannot connect with your phone, make sure your Amazfit watch is fully charged. Place your device on the charger base for 10 minutes, then remove from the charger base and try connecting again.

    2. Force quit and re-open or re-install the Amazfit App

    If it doesn't sync, close the app and turn off and on the Bluetooth on your phone, reopen the app and try connecting again.

    3. Reboot your phone

    For Android: Erase Bluetooth cache and data, then, go to Setting-Application Management-More Application-All Bluetooth Shared-Clear Data.

    For iOS: Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove the Amazfit device. To do so, tap on the icon next to the Amazfit and tap Forget this device. Toggle Bluetooth OFF and ON. Re-open App and try connecting again.

    ●If still failed, please use another phone and try it again. Or seek professional solution, apply for after-sales service or repair to a special repair shop.

    Note: During pairing, please keep away from other Bluetooth devices.

  • How to Charge the Amazfit Nexo Battery?

    Connect the Amazfit Nexo to the charging base, and the USB plug on the other end is plugged into the USB power adapter. At this time, the watch will display the charging status, please pay attention to the correct installation direction, the watch will not loosen out of the base after pressing. The charging time approx. 1.5 hours.

    Charging requirements: it is recommended to use computer USB charging or brand mobile phone charging head for charging. The rated input voltage of mobile phone charging head must be DC 5.0V, and the input current is more than 500mA.

    Note: please dry the metal charging contact before charging, so as not to cause poor contact caused by sweat or other dirt, so that it can not be recharged.

  • Does the Amazfit Nexo Supports ECG and NFC Function?

    Yes, Amazfit Nexo has ECG functionality, but its ECG version is limited to China. The global version of Amazfit Nexo has no ECG function. Because the use of ECG features requires the use of FDA licenses in local countries to use, Amazfit Nexo is temporarily unable to obtain FDA licenses in various countries around the world. Therefore, the Amazfit Nexo ECG version only can be sold in China.


    By the same token, The NFC function only available in China, the International version of Amazfit Nexo does not support NFC feature. Therefore, the Nexo watch can not use the Goggle Pay.

  • Is Amazfit Nexo waterproof?

    It is IP 68 certified which means resistant to dust, rain, splashing, and accidental submersion. It shouldn’t be used when you are taking a shower/bath, having a spa, swimming or in the sauna or steam room.

    Specifically, the IP rating is a number that indicates what level of protection it has against both solids and liquids.

    6-The first digit stands for its resistance to dust, but also general dirt and sand.

    8-The second digit provides certification for water resistance.

    At present, all waterproof rating tests have been carried out in the static state. The pressure formed by frequent arm swings during swimming isn't of the same magnitude that would occur in static water, and the water depth isn't accurate when swimming. It is likely that excessive pressure will lead to water intake.

    1. Turn off the watch's DND mode and turn off airplane mode.

    3. If you're using an Android device, you need to include Amazfit APP into the white list or self-starting list of the mobile phone in background settings and keep the app running in the background to protect it from being detected and killed by the mobile phone's background processes, which could disconnect the watch from the app, and consequently no app reminder will be received.

  • I can’t sign in to Amazfit APP, what should I do?

    1. Check if you enter correct user account and password.

    2. Switch the network from WIFI to 3G/4G on the setting of your phone.

    3. Clear Bluetooth Share data and erase app cache/data

    4.Reboot your phone
