GW01 Smartwatch for Android iOS

This watch came in a few days ago, neatly packed in a sturdy box.
OK, so far so good. It's a hefty piece of hardware (stainless steel case), looks very well put together. The leather band is...well, not leather, but rather a squeaky sort of PU leather imitation. Doesn't matter really, I can always exchange it for a proper one.
Comes with a magnetic charging base. Pop the watch on, pins on the base and contacts on the watch align automatically. Very convenient. Charges quickly.
Software is more of a mixed bag. There are useful apps, mainly the ones that relay notifications from the phone. Or those apps that keep track of your physical activities. It's just the implementation of connectivity with smartphone that lacks the final touch. Fundo app is just terrible, it provides only basic functionality.
The entire handsfree concept is implemented in a totally wrong way. The watch will notify you of incoming call, offer you option of answering/declining the call. Good. But if you answer, your call will be automatically routed to the watch speaker. Bad. Disabling call audio BT profile stops this, but also it kills the incoming call notification. Something that could be rectified easily, but Fundo fails to deliver again.

Bottom line: it's ok. Big, shiny; hardware and onboard software good. You get a lot for a little cash. Connectivity: patchy. Fundo: as good as useless.

Часы доехали чуть больше чем за 3 недели. Доставка до квартиры осуществлялась курьером (вся доставка бесплатная). На коробках скотч-пломба была разрезана. Полагаю, что Гирбест просто проверил товар, чтобы не было недоразумений. Часы полностью соответствуют описанию. Смотрел отзывы, что стекло пластиковое... На пленке наклеен стикер, на котором на английском написано: "Пожалуйста, снимите эту пленку. Под ней находится защитная пленка". Возможно защитную пленку и принимали за пластмассовое стекло. Защиту не снимал, поэтому утверждать, что под ней сапфировое стекло - не буду. Несколько опций в часах - развлекалка (не более):
- определение ультрафиолетового излучения (по установленному времени предполагает максимальную активность солнца. Датчиков никаких нет);
- ЭКГ (рисунок никогда не меняется, в режиме реального времени показывает пульс);
- кнопка "вибро" (при включении часы просто вибрируют...видимо для массажа )))))).
В остальном все супер: пульс, температура, шагомер, монитор сна, напоминание о малоподвижности и т.д.).
Часы более чем хорошие за такие деньги. Аккумулятора хватает при очень интенсивном использовании более чем на полтора суток (специально гонял). В штатном режиме должны тянуть не менее 3-х суток.
Продавца и товар - рекомендую!

Very nice looking watch. It's not heavy, it quite light, like brand smartwatches, Samsung S3 Frontier for example. It has a lot of features, and lots on settings. I used it with a Samsung S7 Edge phone. I user mediatek companion app. I installed watch faces that work, using tutorials found on google. It brings any notification you want. There are some tricky point here, for example, at Whatsup it doesn't tell you from which person you receive the message. It shows the message but not from who. And if you receive 2 or more whatsup messages in a short time...like 2-3 seconds, the watch displays only that you have 2-3-4-5 new Whatsup messages, but you have to use your phone to read them. The step counter in pedometer is quite exact. The heart monitor I have to test it more to see how exact it is.And also I have to see how long the battery lasts. Overall it is a very nice watch, with good software but the software could be improved. It arrived in Romania, in 26 days.

Ulefone GW01 is a good device to consider if you are planning to buy a smartwatch for your needs. It has a good design, good hardware alongside some good set of features inside,
Man or women, the Ulefone GW01 will look nice on your hands
Another noticeable function is that the UV and body temperature monitoring function that monitors the UV rays from the sun and will notify you about it. It will greatly help you protect yourself from the UV rays when there is the excess amount. The Real-time heart rate monitor is the main function of the smartwatch. It also showed accurate results without varying time to time.

Es un reloj completísimo. Yo lo utilizo con mi iphone 6s. Lo más importante a destacar es que se pueden utilizar todas las funcionalidades del reloj, excepto el buscar mi teléfono (hacer que suene o vibre a distancia).
- Gran estética, no parece un smartwatch, corona metálica y correa de cuero agradable al tacto.
- Pantalla táctil funciona perfectamente y transición rápida entre pantallas.
- Recibe y contesta llamadas, recibe sms y whatsapps, email, y cualquier notificacion que configures para el centro de notificaciones del iphone. No puedes constestar a ningun mensaje ni correo desde el smartwatch.
- Base de carga muy comoda, nada de cables.
- Duracion de bateria con un uso normal de 4 dias (apagado por las noches). unas 60 horas
