  • How to choose a suitable tablet PC?

  • What can I do if the tablet can not be booted, while the coming logo shows up when charging?

    1. It might be because the battery is empty, we advise you to charge it with the original charger over 10 minutes;

    2. Press the power button for 30 seconds to force it to boot;

    3. For Android OS there might be a problem of software, so you need to press the power button and volume "+" simultaneously to reset factory; for Windows OS, you should flash.

  • How to switch between Android and Windows on the dual OS tablet?

    In usual dual system tablet, there is an Android logo on the mission board, located at the bottom of Windows interface. You can easily switch from Android to Windows by clicking on the logo. If you're using Android, just swipe down the screen from the top, right side, you will see a changing-to-Windows icon. Tap on it to switch OS.

  • Why is there no response after the keyboard is connected to the tablet?

    1. You need to make sure whether the keyboard is compatible with the tablet;

    2. Make sure you have plugged the cable into the docking slot correctly;

    3. You need to reboot your tablet after connecting it to the keyboard.

  • What is the activation code of the device?

    Now all systems are active, so there is no need to ask for an activation code. Your device can be used directly after you connect it to WiFi.

  • Why does the tablet always shut down by itself?

    This might happen because of viruses, please try again after scanning and removing viruses by some anti-virus program.

  • Why is there no response when the new device is charging?

    It might be because it was not switched off after checking and ran out of power during shipping. Press the power button for 30 seconds to turn it on after you have connected it to the charger. If it doesn't work, please try to change USB cable and charger. If all the above instructions don't work and your tablet still won't charge properly, that might be a trouble of software in your equipment and you need to flash it.

  • Why the SD card can only be read by Android OS but not by Win10 OS?

    If you want the SD card to be read on Windows10, you first need to remove your SD card, switch to Windows10, turn off your device and then reboot.

  • Why the device cannot boot or start up properly?

    Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes or more before first usage, this ensures normal device boot and optimal operation. For devices with removable batteries, ensure they are properly installed before charging.

  • Why it only recognize some TF cards whose capacity is smaller than the one in the description?

    If the systems cannot read the TF card, that might be because the tablet only recognizes some specific kinds of TF card. If only Android can read it and Windows cannot, there must be a problem of BIOS and you need to flash BIOS.

  • Can this item be shipped to my country?

    Fast shipping, everything was okey in the shipment.
    About the tablet:
    Good value for the price, fast windows experience. The tablet screen has a very good brightness, even in sunshine. The 2GB ram is more than enough for base multitasking. I can open 3-5 tabs in webrowser without slowing down the tablet. The tablet is good in gaming, I play lot of 3D game (Cod, ColinM. Rally, older PES, FIFA, and most of 3d MMO game), that runs good in medium and low settings. In Android the games run very good, Clash of Clans, Subway Surfers, Clash Royale, NeedForSpee,d, Rayman runs very well. On windows10 I have about 8 GB free space, on android I have 5-6GB free. The battery is good enough for me, I get about 4-5 hours of video watching.
    Suggestion
    I have a little problem with the speaker. On android i hear sometimes a little noise from the speaker. In android the speaker has more than enough volume, but in Windows its a little quiet in maximum volume. I dont know, why it is.

    In reality I do not like tablets, however I found in Gearbest the Onda V820w with Windows 10 and had Bluetooth Keyboard Tablet PC Case for Onda V820w , so I decided to do some research that if a tablet and keyboard less than $ 100, could replace a desktop computer .
    I bought a Bluetooth mouse so completed my mini computer and the results have been highly satisfactory . For normal office use , word processors, spreadsheets , Internet etc. , even I installed some games such as MS Flight Simulator X.
    So if you need a computer and low budget , I recommend purchasing Onda V820w Windows 10 + Android 4.4 Tablet PC and Bluetooth Keyboard Case for Tablet PC Onda V820w , and a wireless mouse.

    I absolutely love my new tablet! I ordered it from the EU warehouse and it arrived through my letterbox in the UK just three days later!
    I play a game on Android called Asphalt 8 Airborne which some of my other devices struggle to play. This tablet plays it flawlessly.


    Dual boot
    Fast
    Quality looking and responsive screen
    It runs Kodi flawlessly (I've installed Kodi onto Windows)
    I found it easy to set Windows up into English and to install English speech so Cortana understood me.
    It came with a screen protector already installed.
    I found it easy to uninstall or disable almost all of the Chinese apps on Android.
    Suggestion
    Android booted up in Chinese (easily solved with a quick Google search on how to change it to English)
    The red charging light is a bit too bright for me (easily sorted with a small bit of coloured tape over it)
    It uses an older version of Android
    The speakers are not that loud (easily solved with an external speaker)
    The battery life isn't great, neither is the camera.
    The micro HDMI port doesn't seem to work.


    I see all these as mild negative points and the good points far outweigh the bad. I highly recommend this device!

    Después de un tiempo con el puedo opinar sobre este fantástico tablet:
    El tener Doble sistema operativo es una maravilla, ya que permite pasar de Android a Windows en un solo clic. Muy potente, los 2Gb de Ram y el Quad core de Intel es perfecto para juegos y multitarea , he instalado de todo y todos va muy fluido ( en Antutu da más de 40000) expansión de memoria por micro sd perfecto para instalar sin problemas, Pantalla muy buenos ángulos de visión y con pocos marcos. Botón de home en la parte de abajo en la pantalla, viene muy bien para volver rápido de las aplicaciones. Resumiendo: buena pantalla, peso muy liviano, muy potente. Yo compre su funda para proteger mejor (adjunto fotos)

    La tarjeta micro sd para que funcione en Windows tiene que apagar del todo la tablet y encenderla desde la bios (cuando te deja elegir el sistema operativo que quieres iniciar) y el Android para utilizar para instalar aplicaciones necesitais el link2sd plus, La pantalla le falta algo más de brillo, la bateria deja mucho que desear, no es muy duradera, se queda algo corta comparada con otras,

    -Its appearance is fine. Its back stick so u cant drop it so easily
    -Really well-assembled
    -camera is average it has 2 cameras (see specs for mpxs)
    -both os's work fine , easy to use.
    -both os's have 6-7 Gb free space remaining. (excellent)
    -720p screen is also fine
    And so on, perfect tablet you can use it daily instead of laptop. So, buy it!
    Suggestion
    -some undeletable chinese apps on android
    -2 scratch on back camera (not influencing on camera usage, but a bit annoying)

Протестировал несколько дней,работает отлично, в Android был русский язык и Google Play, в Windows языковой пакет надо скачать, инструкции есть на YouTube! При большой нагрузке немного греется задняя крышка,но через чехол почти не ощущается! В целом покупкой очень доволен, отличный планшет за такие деньги!!!

    Bought the tablet to have two systems, at any moment they could be switched from Android to Windows. The characteristics were taken not the top-end machine, I don't need it to render videos, but for simple tasks is enough.
    The order came pretty quickly. The tablet is compact, not heavy. On Android works very quickly on Windows is not yet tested, launched only a couple of prilozheniy - all flies.Happy with the purchase. Now I think to buy to it a cover.
