What can I do if the tablet can not be booted, while the coming logo shows up when charging?

1. It might be because the battery is empty, we advise you to charge it with the original charger over 10 minutes;

2. Press the power button for 30 seconds to force it to boot;

3. For Android OS there might be a problem of software, so you need to press the power button and volume "+" simultaneously to reset factory /flash; for Windows OS, you should flash.

How to switch between Android and Windows on the dual OS tablet?: In usual dual system tablet, there is an Android logo on the mission board, located at the bottom of Windows interface. You can easily switch from Android to Windows by clicking on the logo. If you're using Android, just swipe down the screen from the top, right side, you will see a changing-to-Windows icon. Tap on it to switch OS.

Why is there no response after the keyboard is connected to the tablet?

1. You need to make sure whether the keyboard is compatible with the tablet;

2. Make sure you have plugged the cable into the docking slot correctly;

3. You need to reboot your tablet after connecting it to the keyboard.

What is the activation code of the device?: Now all systems are active, so there is no need to ask for an activation code. Your device can be used directly after you connect it to WiFi.

Why does the tablet always shut down by itself?: This might happen because of viruses, please try again after scanning and removing viruses by some anti-virus program.

Why is there no response when the new device is charging?: It might be because it was not switched off after checking and ran out of power during shipping. Press the power button for 30 seconds to turn it on after you have connected it to the charger. If it doesn't work, please try to change USB cable and charger. If all the above instructions don't work and your tablet still won't charge properly, that might be a trouble of software in your equipment and you need to flash it.

Why the SD card can only be read by Android OS but not by Win10 OS?: If you want the SD card to be read on Windows10, you first need to remove your SD card, switch to Windows10, turn off your device and then reboot.

Why the device cannot boot or start up properly?: Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes or more before first usage, this ensures normal device boot and optimal operation. For devices with removable batteries, ensure they are properly installed before charging.

Why it only recognize some TF cards whose capacity is smaller than the one in the description?: If the systems cannot read the TF card, that might be because the tablet only recognizes some specific kinds of TF card. If only Android can read it and Windows cannot, there must be a problem of BIOS and you need to flash BIOS.

Pros:
Nice Tablet PC with intel chipset, 2Gb RAM 32Gb ROM and pure Android 5.1 firmware. Working real fast but battery not long work (~4 hours). Recomended if You want only Android!!!

Pros:
Качественная сборка без люфтов и скрипов корпуса. Хороший экран. Есть защитная пленка на экране прямо с магазина. Имеется родной чехол-подставка. Объем оперативы 2 Гига и 21 Гиг доступно пользователю.

Cons:
Нет обновления по воздуху. Нет обновлений к официальной прошивке. Нет кастомных прошивок. На данный момент нет рута. В тяжелых играх и при просмотре видео сильно греется.
