I am a first time 3d printer owner, and this printer came highly recommended... and I have to admit while most of the problems I have had have been simply due to my lack of experience... I was frankly shocked by the lack of support from Creality.

I can't believe it, it works as intended. The price point and coming from China made me wonder what I'd get. I've had it running almost nonstop for 3 days now. It prints well, is a little noisy, but I love it. The packaging is incredible
