CHUWI HiBox Mini PC Android 5.1 + Window 10 Dual OS 64bit

The fastest delivery ever!!!

Came to the UA for about 9 days after the payment.

Package of the PC is quite strong, so there is a very low possibility that it can be damaged during delivery. Includes HDMI (about 60-80cm length), 36W power adapter, VESA mount, which i will use to mount the PC on the wall near the TV, but you can use it to mount the PC to the display, and the remote air mouse.

As for the HiBox - already tested Winows. And the bad part is - windows was activated already. So i was not the first one who powered on this PC, but there was a small tag in the box that QA passed, so probably QA needed to activate it to check the goods, so we can live with that (besides you can choose interface language later, so no problems with it).

Have not tested android yet, but not even sure it is needed on such media device, because Kodi on Windows can work flawlessly and there will be no difficulties with NTFS.

As for the media - FullHD video opened absolutely without lags. Due to other reviews seems that the only tough part for this device is a 4k video with very high bitrate. For regular 4k videos it can handle without any problems.

The first thing that I have noted with AirMouse when unpacked - it doesn't use USB dongle now (in prev. versions of MiBox there was a dongle so you had y share one of the three USB ports for it). So that is a good part. as for the experience using it - you will need to get used to it for a while, because I have never used gravity-sensor and gyroscope to navigate the cursor, but in some time there will be no problems navigating with it. But the bad part is that this AirMouse doesn't have right mouse button, so it gives some lack of functionality in windows. I'm sure that it will fit android needs by 100%.

I would recommend to purchase Chuwi HiBox in case you want to get good media device with power of windows 10 (including basic office wirk and internet serfing). It will Pay off every dollar you put in him.

Als der Player kam, konnte ich nicht erwarten ihn anzuschliessen und wurde nicht enttäuscht! Die beiden Systeme funktionieren sehr flüssig und ich hatte keine Problemme mir meine Lieblingsoftware zu installieren. Windows 10 Home war bereits registriert und ich bekam sofort jede Menge Updates. Android kann man mit der Chuwi HI12 Methode ohne Problemme rooten. Der Player wirkt sehr stabil und auch die Air Mouse funktioniert hervorragend. WLan verbindung ist sehr gut, aber mein Router steht auch nicht zu weit weg. Die Medien werden ohne rückeln abgespielt und der Player wird nicht besonders warm, obwohl er ohne Lüfter auskommt. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden damit, vor allem wegen der beiden Systemme, die mir sehr viele Möglichkeiten bieten. Das Umschalten zwischen Windows und Android geht sehr gut, aber erfordert immer einen Neustart.

1. Windows 10 and Android 5.1 on one device - you can use one wireless keyboard or attached remote
2. remote is not infrared but wireless and it works perfect with on-screen keyboard
3. bracket plus two size of screws - you can use VESA holes or like me the ventilation holes of the TV! The unit comes in and out easily but holds firmly as long as it's not upside down
4. unit works perfectly, updates and is surprisingly fast
5. you can use an app on android to see pendrives or external drives formatted in other systems than FAT so it works!
6. easy system switching

Suggestion

1. only android 5.1 version that is getting old for some of the newest apps
2. long booting time that affects lengthy system switching
3. No Kensington lock hole in the unit to protect it from theft at the office where retailers go around

Considerando il prezzo (comprato a 130€) e le caratteristiche hardware (soprattutto la presenza di 4GB di ram e i 64GB di emmc) direi che è un affare se confrontato con quanto offre il mercato dei minipc con w10 nella fascia di prezzo 100-150€. Il sistema operativo android al momento non l'ho mai utilizzato (non ne vedo la necessità), windows 10 invece lo uso molto e funziona egregiamente. Sia la navigazione che la gestione di contenuti multimediali (kodi, app netflix,app mediaset...) è fluida.
Collegato su porta USB3 hardisk esterno che condivido nella rete di casa senza alcun problema. Sulla partizione windows 10 sono disponibili circa 30GB di spazio libero.

Suggestion

La navigazione delle pagina web "pesanti" potrebbe subire qualche leggero rallentamento
il telecomando in dotazione a mio avviso non è comodissimo, io utilizzo una mini tastiera wireless con touchpad integrato

Splendido box , economico , silenzioso , veloce e doppio boot Android-Windows10 .
Ottimo il telecomando che funge da smartmouse , si accende il box e si arresta con la semplice pressione di un tasto.
In windows 10:
sembra di utilizzare un pc con ssd , incredibile e inaspettata velocità di lettura e scrittura.
E' possibile utilizzarlo per fini multimediali , nevigazione internet , per Office e anche i giochi girano bene.
Android :
Molto veloce e stabile , si installano tutte le app dallo store di google .

Android poco ottimizzato x la visione su tv UHD.

Android va sempre alla massima risoluzione del Tv , anche se si imposta una risoluzione più bassa , al riavvio torna alla massima risoluzione .

Quando si fa lo swithc tra android e windows 10 è necessario aggiornare l'ora di windows 10 .

Lo sto usando da 5 giorni intensamente e le temperature sono sempre basse seppur fanless.... il processore fa il suo lavoro e per quello che lo uso io va più che bene: lo uso per emulazione giochi tipo neogeo, film in streaming e navigazione web... provato per sfizio anche office e nn ho visto rallentamenti... lo stesso vale lato android nn ce un interfaccia grafica tipo minix ma e android stock ma comunque e veloce e fluido senza intoppi... vedremo più avanti come verra supportato lato aggiornamenti per ora mi sento di promuoverlo

unica nota negativa se cosi si puo dire e che nn e presente la lingua italiana e quindi bisogna impostare prima l inglese in fase di avvio e poi scaricare l italiano... nulla di critico solo che perdi un quarto d ora a capire come fare....

Prezzo: 117€ veramente un affare
Dimensioni e design: il case non raggiunge mai temperature critiche e tutto è estremamente silenzioso oltre a consumi bassissimi.
Prestazioni: sempre sul pezzo mai rallentamenti
Dual O.S.: solo CHUWI offre il dual boot Android e Windows 10 con tanto di licenza senza alcuna scadenza
Hardware: Intel Atom x5-Z8350 4 GB di RAM e un archivio da ben 64 GB
Dotazione: (alimentatore, cavo HDMI, Air mouse)

Con Android non sono riuscito ad attivare la tastiera virtuale; forse sbaglio qualcosa io.
Spedizione DHL veloce ma con dazio doganale. Usate la spedizione gratuita.

Um mini-PC prático e simples de usar. Pré-instalado o Windows 10, e é possível atualizá-lo e modificar para o idioma Português, sem perder nenhum app ou recurso.
Ponto fraco é a baixa capacidade de armazenamento. Como alternativa pode-se utilizar pendrive, cartão SD ou disco externo.
Acompanha suporte para fixação em parede e controle remoto.
Ponto forte: Windows e Android instalados.

Questo mini pc lo indicherei come il prodotto perfetto per avere un mix tra un piccolo computer da avere sempre a portata e un media player android che ci permetta di avere sempre a disposizione i nostri contenuti in streaming preferiti, è inoltre perfetto per navigare senza fastidiosi lag che affliggono molti prodotti della stessa fascia; questo Chuwi Hibox risulta davvero essere un best buy se state cercando qualcosa di leggermente più potente di un semplice media player android

Хорошее приобретение за небольшие деньги. С функциями офисного компьютера и домашней медиа-приставки справляется на 100%. Аэромыш входящая в комплект нового поколения без усб приёмника, включается нажатием кнопки изображающей левую кнопку мыши.

Настоятельно рекомендую сразу отключить гибернацию.
