Beelink GS1 6K TV Box

I did not have high expectations for this box, but it has really surprised me. The cpu is much more powerful than I had believed. The Quad ALLWIN H^ CPU performs somewhere between the RK3399 and S912 Amlogic boxes. I was pleasantly surprised by the benchmarks, being exceeded only by the Nvidia Shield, and the RK3399 boxes I have. And this speed translate into functionality as this is a speedy box.

I experienced no lags when moving between apps, or switching videos, and no buffering at all when streaming. The HDMI standard is 2.0a, so it supports the latest video standards. One noteable exception is that it is not Widevine certified, so Netflix will only stream in 480p format. The spec's say it will only stream Youtube in 2K, but I had no trouble streaming in 4K. Also, the HDR gives an outstanding eye-popping picture. Better than my RK3399 boxes, and rivaled only by the Nvidia Shield.

I at first thought the remote was IR only, but after blocking the IR source on the remote, I was able to still navigate the menus using RF. Very nice. My only complaint with the remote is that it has a mouse toggle as opposed to a genuine air mouse.

The launcher is also extremely nice. I was particularly pleased to see that not only could I get my city to display, but also temperatures were displayed in both C as well as F. Boxes that display temperature in C only, really annoy me, so this was a pleasant surprise. The launcher is very well laid out, and due to the power of the CPU it is quite speedy in operation, and very logical. Having an entire pane to display favorite apps on the main page as opposed to a single row is a huge plus. Instead of 7 or 8 spps, I can display 3 times that number. There are 2 additional pages for apps, so you can do some organization and put like apps together.

All in all, not much to complain about. For the price, this is a huge winner.
I do not hesitate to recommend it.

I tried this TV box, because price is acceptable and HW seems to be suificient for my purpose- 2GB RAM, 16 GB ROM and very good connectivity. Android 7.1 is smooth and stable in this device, I don´t have any problems with system. Bellow is my overall rating. I didn´t try WiFi, because I prefer cable connection.

Pros:
- very good build quality
- KODI from store is stable and without problems
- very smooth playback for 1080p videos
- Gigabit ethernet + USB 3 port
- same Czech IPTV apps from GooglePlay also work good (LepsiTV, sledovaniTV)
- FB messenger with connected USB webcam enable video calls on your TV :)

Cons:
- playback for some 4K videos is not smooth
- some video aps with DRM requirements from store don´t work for me (Netflix)
- attached HDMI cable is short

Интересная модель на новом процессоре Allwinner H6.
1. Начнем с упаковки понравилась, видно что не какое нибудь дешовое чудо, скромно но со вкусом.
2. Локализация приставки не полная, все плитки на основном экране на английском, проскакивает он и в меню, но редко. Так же встроенный медиаплеер не переведен.
3. Рут встроен изначально!!! никаких SuperSU и Magisk не требуется (как я понял уже, после окирпичивания). Программы требующие рут работают без проблем.
4. По поводу ace stream, не знаю, что имели в виду, но он работает ;-) а с ним ТоррентТВ, TSC, LOL!TV и все отсюдова вытекающие.
5. Буду дальше тестить, но в принципе все необходимое для меня на данный момент работает отлично

Suggestion

1. Пульт сразу отложил в сторону т.к. такими пользоваться не удобно (по крайней мере мне). Взял в руки аэромышь и все под контролем.
2. Изначально на приставке не установлено практически никаких приложений, буквально файл-менеджер, медипроигрыватель и какая-то игрулина которая так и не запустилась у меня
3. Очень огорчило отсутствие HDMI CEC.
4. На последок скорость Wi-Fi

As soon as I saw the packaging, I was amazed. Black box and protective film worthy of a quality product.
Unfortunately I did not have the chance to test it because my box just turned on did not go beyond the initial screen. I immediately contacted the Gearbest service who promptly went to work to solve my problem.
The box is well built and also has a certain weight synonymous at least a good heat sink.
Supplied with an HDMI cable and a cable tie Beelink signed, dumb feeder and a good remote control.

Suggestion

I hope that the assistance will solve my problem as soon as possible.
