I've just received these beauties and I'm really happy for the quality of the smartphones.
But, I am disappointed with the delivery service. The package came after 37 days.... I received a tracking number for NLPost and turned out that it was either wrong or of a never sent package.... And then got a second tracking number for FedEx carrier that turned out that it was UPS and that I haven't chosen.... Furthermore when I contacted Gearbest for the reason for this mess, all I got was automated answers at first and then a "be patient" attitude....
In conclusion, This kind of service makes customers as myself look for other companies which offer better services...

Buen producto a buen precio, tiene buena pantalla y de gran tamaño, los colores se ven bien. El sensor para desbloqueo con huella dactilar se encuentra en el costado derecho, a mi parecer hubiera sido preferible que el sensor se sitúe en pantalla o en la parte trasera del celular, pero es más bien cuestión de acostumbrarse. El sensor detecta bien las huellas dactilares registradas, desbloquea rápido.
El producto me llegó en un lapso de tiempo relativamente normal, aproximadamente 40 días, sin inconvenientes.

J'ai reçu après 2 mois mon téléphone qui fonctionne parfaitement, j'en suis très satisfaite : super appareil photo, une très grande capacité de stockage, une fluidité de navigation d'appli en appli génial, sans parler de l'empreinte digitale sur le côté du téléphone qui facilite la vie.

Le seul bémol a été que je n'ai pas pu suivre précisément l'itinéraire de mon colis (m'amenant à penser qu'il avait été perdu). J'ai donc contacté le service Gearbest par mail qui m'a répondu très rapidement et précisément sur le parcours de mon colis !

On shipping the product, mmmmm Gearbest has to improve seriously.

I received the phone after 68 days. I purchased it on 4 January 2021 and received it 12 March 2021.

I rate the phone highly. I like it very much 💯

Très bon téléphone, conforme à la description et à mes attentes.
Cependant délais de livraison très long, tracking très peu précis, est resté plusieurs semaines sans updates, j'ai donc dû faire plusieurs modifications de jour de livraisons après d'UPS pour être sûre de savoir quand je l'aurais.

Produto que entrega o que promete, não desliza com facilidade da mão, rápido desbloqueio, carregamento rápido.
Mas o produto é quase o redmi note 9S, apenas com 2g a mais de ram que no uso não fez tanta diferença.

Livraison un peu longue sur ce produit mais aucun regret. Toujours aussi bien fini et de bonne facture un très bon téléphone rapide réactif et fluide. Un très bon affichage et un appareil photo de qualité. La charge rapide est un grand plus et son autonomie est impressionnante. Je recommande comme d'habitude ce téléphone xiaomi, une marque dans laquelle j'ai toute confiance.

I bought this phone Mid November. Delivery roundabout 22 days. That is ok. Sent with UPS. The tracking of the package ist very bad. Since 20.11. there was the notice: Article shipped. Today I've got the article. You can't where the package is. I don't like this practice vor 200 Euro goods.
The Smartphone is incredible. Fast, big storage. I love it. The price for under 200 Euros is outstanding.
